Great stay in September

Pros: A wonderful and comfy apartment with a sea view from a large terrace accessible from the living room and bedroom. Clean, well-maintained and modern. Equipped with everything you need. It met our expectations, and on top of that, it was in a good location, very close to the Malama Beach, shops, several restaurants, a great kebab place, a bakery and bus stops. One smaller swimming pool is literally located nextdoor and there was often no one there, so you could say it was kinda \

Cons: everything was perfect.

Very beautiful vacation time

Pros: The Kitchen had all the facilities / all necessary equipment, washing machine, air condition, large balcony, Very nice and helpful owner, spacious apartment, swimming pool, gym, parking space and much more: there is a grocery store quite close by, TV with Netflix, elevator.

A clean, spacious, and comfy stay close to the beach

Pros: We had a great stay! The apartment was very spacious, super clean, and everything was really comfortable. The mattresses were especially comfy, and we slept very well. We also really liked the location — it's in a quiet, family-friendly area and only about a 10-minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood felt peaceful and safe. Another big plus was the pool, which we enjoyed a lot during our stay. All in all, it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience!

Cons: One small downside was that there were no detergent pods provided for the dishwasher or washing machine, so be sure to bring your own if you plan to use them. Also, since the flooring is all hard parquet, a pair of indoor slippers would be a nice touch for extra comfort.

Pros: The host was fantastic and went above and beyond to bring Christmas treats to our family during our stay. The location is in the heart of Kapparis and is open during the winter season, and in the summer I know this will be a prime location for beaches, restaurants and coffee shops.

Cons: The balcony didn't often get sun in the winter months. But I guess in the summer it will be a relief from the sun. The view makes up for this, especially at NYE when there was a Kapparis firework display.
