Lovely apartment in great location

Pros: Communication by WhatsApp rather than email made it simple and easy to have a conversation with any queries. These were answered and rectified easily.

Cons: We couldn't find any English TV channels. This was not major but would have been nice when we had a night in the apartment.

Pros: The apartment was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. A big advantage was the washing machine. The apartment is located in a block that doesn’t have a pool, but since we were staying at the beginning of April, we only used the pool once anyway. The pool is in the opposite block, about a one-minute walk away. The accommodation is within walking distance to shops and the beach. I appreciated the flexibility of the owner in handling any questions we had. Parking is available right next to the apartment.

Great value for money

Pros: Great communication, apartment and value for money. Apartment had everything which we could need during our stay. Had access to swimming pool as well dedicated parking spot. We experienced one of the coldest days in Cyprus - but it was not a problem as the air conditions worked great. I have suggested this apartment already to few of my friends and would stay again next time when visiting

Light, spacious sunny apartment lovely place.

Pros: Fab Air Con, Washing Machine amazing, lovely and quiet didn’t hear anyone else, all pools quiet always found a sun bed, Kapparis has amazing places to eat.

Cons: Not enough cleaning equipment I like to keep a clean home where ever I am and could have done with the tools to do so.

Consigliato!

Pros: Bell'appartamento, molto pulito e dotato di tutti i confort in una zona tranquilla e che consente di raggiungere a pochi minuti di auto le spiagge più belle del sud est di Cipro. Aria condizionata in ogni stanza. A disposizione le piscine gratuite del residence. L'host è molto gentile, veloce nel rispondere e soddisfare ogni richiesta. Istruzioni molto precise per il self check-in a qualsiasi orario.

Cons: Il parco giochi del residence è fatiscente e pericoloso per i bambini, con le strutture rotte. Il frigo perde un po' di acqua, ma è gestibile.

Ļoti jauka atpūtas vieta ģimenēm kopā ar bērniem. Iesaku arī citiem!

Pros: Atrašanās vieta ārpus pilsētas trokšņa, droša vieta bērniem. Baseinu izvēle:) Sagaidīšana ar kārumu bērniem(čipsi) un arī vecākiem(sarkanvīns).

Cons: Limitētais tualetes papīra ruļļu skaits, trūka ziepes roku mazgāšanai. Gulēšanai gribētos segu, kaut ļoti plānu, nevis palagu.

Pros: Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem obiektu który był bardzo pomocny. Spokojna i zadbana okolica. Mieszkanie bardzo przestrzenne i mega dobrze wyposażone. W pobliżu również wszystko czego potrzeba. Bardzo dużym plusem jest przypisane do mieszkania miejsce parkingowe.
