Pros: There was everything you needed the host was extremely helpful with the one additional request we made, the area was clean and peaceful perfect for us.

Pros: The apartment was absolutely beautiful. 😍We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive and helpful with everything we needed. The apartment has everything you need and close to supermarkets, and great beaches. Thank you Mr Pieri for such a memorable vacation. We'll definitely be back....😉

Very good value for this price

Pros: Nice spacious apartment with a parking place. An AC unit in every room. Quite neighbourhood. There are two small pools but we barely used them as we went to the beach everyday. The host allowed us to check in early which was super helpful

Cons: Nothing critical, just small details. Kitchen was a bit limited in utensils. Mind this if you plan to cook everyday. Otherwise if you count more on restaurants or takeout - should be good. There was nothing for the beach: neither towels nor umbrellas. But the price on beaches in Protaras is reasonable - 7,5€ for 2 beds and umbrella

Pros: The property is beautiful with all modern conveniences. The owner was very helpful with all queries we had. The communal swimming pool is very nice especially with babies which we had. The apartment was clean and everything worked as it should. A very enjoyable stay!

Great apartment for a family with a car

Pros: The apartment exceeded our expectation, It was modern, clean and contained all necessary amenities we needed for our vacation. The pool was great. Private parking was excellent. This is one of the best apartments we have stayed at, due to cleanness, layout and furnishing of apartment. The location of the apartment is outside the tourist area but only a 10 min drive to Agia Napa or Protaras beaches, They are easy to drive to with a car, and I would say that car is absolutely necessary. The area around is quiet as locals mostly live near.

The apartment was super clean and very centrally located for us

Pros: We were in an apartment, it was fantastic, everything was 100% It was super clean, our host pieris was really nice , we will definitely be going back, it was centrally located for us, and the swimming pool was lovely. There wasn’t anything we could fault and we have travelled to a lot of places. I highly recommend

Pros: The apartment was very modern, tidy, spacious for a family with everything you need. The location is very quiet and has a large balcony with views out to open space. Only ten mins drive to Protaras and Ayia Napa. Easy to get around to anywhere with own parking space. The host was very friendly and accommodating with very good communication from the beginning. We were offered and provided with cleaning halfway through our stay with new towels. Overall, a very enjoyable, relaxing and comfortable stay.

Pros: L'host è stato molto cordiale. Abbiamo avuto una comunicazione tramite WhatsApp ed è sempre stato di supporto e presente. L'appartamento è moderno di nuvoa costruzione e non presenta diffetti. La zona è a 10 min da Protaras è Agia Napa. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi piace non avere casino notturno ma vuole comunque passare le serate in città tra negozietti e ristoranti. C'è uno stadio vicino ma nom crea disturbi serali/notturni.

Komfortables Großes Apartment mit großen Gemeinschaftspool.

Pros: Gemeinschaftlicher Pool, nahe der Wohnsiedlung des Apartments.Sauber groß und gepflegt. Eigener Parkplatz. Zwei Schlafzimmer in jeden Raum notwendige Klimaanlagen.Große Räume Viele Schränke für viel Gepäck.Alles vorhanden was benötigt wird.Vermieter sehr nett.zuvorkommend und sofort da wenn etwas benötigt wurde. Spitze !!! Angrenzend spielt der ortsansässige Paralimni.Wer es mag. Kann akustisch und teilweise sichtbar die First Division Zypernd im Stadion vom Balkon erleben.

Cons: Ein Mierwagen wird benötigt.Ohne Auto ist vieles schwer zu erreichen.

Pros: Sehr bequemes, großes und sauberes Apartment. Der eigene Stellplatz ist Gold wert. Daneben ist ein Schwimmbad das man auch benutzen kann. Auch die Lage und die unverbaubare Aussicht (Fußballplatz) ist wunderschön. Und der Gastgeber ist sehr kommunikativ und hilfsbereit.
