COZY Apartment In Kapparis #2

Perfect for our short stay

Pros: The property has been recently renovated to a very high standard. It’s comfortable, modern and well equipped. It’s well located a short walk to a strip of local restaurants and bars and a short distance from the beach.

Cons: The building the apartment is located in, isn’t to the same high standard as the apartment itself. But that’s a minor point.

Very pleasant and accommodating

Pros: Very clean and easy to access. Area is lovely with shops nearby. Once the heaters were on, the property warmed up quickly and it was very comfy. We had all the appliances we needed and the owner was very polite and helpful

A solid 9 apartment

Pros: I give this accommodation a solid 9. The apartment is as described by photos. Clean and good value for money. A decent tavern (Kanas) is meters away. If you want more options, go on Kennedy Ave, still walking distance.

Cons: A bit noisy, due to the passing cars. This may have to do with the windows - only one sheet of glass, as it appears to be common in Cyprus. The mattress in the bedroom was very soft and seemed of rather low quality. Both these points are subjective, other guests may have no issue with them.

Pros: Everything was perfect!!! Even better than in pictures. Very comfortable. Everything you need , you have it. Thank you so much 😊 For sure we will come again.

Pros: close to Zorbas (bakery) and the beach, great communication with the host

Pros: The apartment is great. Perfect location, very clean, recently renovated, very beautiful decoration, extremely comfortable, very helpful and kind host, private parking. I am very excited with my stay there. One of the best holidays I have had. I will surely visit the property again!!!

Pros: The apartment was really clean and comfortable. The location was great as well everything we needed was close . I would suggest it for sure to anyone looking to have a nice time in Paralimni. Lastly the Owner was extremely helpful and kind.

Pros: Много чисто, приветливо. На много добра локация - в близост има магазини и заведения за хапване. Има и плаж в близост. Обслужването беше превъзходно. Със сигурност това е мястото, където ще отсядаме, щом идваме в Кипър.

Cons: Всичко беше отлично.

Pros: Dobre położenie jako baza wypadowa na wszystkie plaże w okolicy Agia Napa i Protaras. Polecam dla osób z samochodem. Wygodne miejsce parkingowe. Bezkontaktowe przekazanie mieszkania, właściciel świetnie wszystko tłumaczy i jest w kontakcie w razie czego. W apartamencie jest wszystko co potrzebne, nawet płyn do prania 😉 Bardzo polecamy.

Pros: un appartement spacieux, lumineux et très bien équipé

Cons: Le bruit de la circulation automobile
