Idyllic studio with private pool

A relaxing break with all the the comforts of home

Pros: Andreas is a lovely host and the studio is clean, comfortable and spacious. The garden and pool are are a little slice of heaven on the outskirts of Nicosia.

Cons: A microwave would be useful

Pros: The pool was great but it would have been better if there was some leds for night

Cons: The garage to go inside the house the crib of the side walk to go inside with the car was too high and it actually damaged my car I hope they could fix it and make it proper for car to inside if you have a low car you won’t be able to go in without turning the wheel first to make it go up higher

A home from home

Pros: It is a beautiful place to stay. Andreas and Sevi were great hosts, and it was a privilege to share what is clearly a labour of love and part of their home. The grounds were stunning and very well kept and a pleasure to look at. The apartment was perfect, we had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble. We were given our privacy, the pool was cleaned daily, and we were given a bag of fresh oregano to take home. Loved it 😍

Cons: There wasn't anything to not like!

Pros: Host amazingly friendly. Garden beautiful and the property is perfect for 1 or 2 people. Swimming pool spotless. Location for shops and all amenities perfect. Definitely will return.

Pros: Andreas was so nice to my daughter and I. His place is a credit to him the gardens are so nice. We had everything we could have needed!

Pros: A great place, well-equipped, well kept, nice owner, not too far from supermarket and restaurants (but if you stay her, you’ll need a car anyway.) Every question or requirement is swiftly solved by the owner. Highly recommended.

Cons: There are some minor considerations: The apartment is situated south-east of Nicosia, most interesting places of the island are to the west/south-west, so you loose a bit of driving time. The building could have had better measures (deeper, less wide). If the pool had been turned 90 degrees, the outer space could have been used more effectively. (We didn't have breakfast outside though, since it was tooe cold). The entry to the property has a bump in the middle, you have to seek your track carefully with a small car.

Great place to stay near Nicosia city centre

Pros: Very well equipped and had everything we needed. Lovely gardens and pool, outdoor seating, good kitchen facilities. Perfect for a couple. Private parking and good location- short drive or bus into Nicosia town centre. Very friendly and helpful owners

Pros: Wonderful apartments. Very clean. Magnificent garden. There is everything you need for a long stay. Very hospitable hosts and an amazing dog.

Our stay was incredibly pleasant and our hosts made it very special.

Pros: Wonderful structure. Private and surrounded by a very well kept garden. Easy access to the motorway. Very welcoming and kind hosts, always going out of their way to ensure that their guests are happy.

Pros: I discovered a true gem! A place where a private pool melds seamlessly with the beauty of nature. The moment I arrived, a sense of calm washed over me, and the inviting environment made staying indoors much more appealing than venturing out. The cleanliness of the place was nothing short of remarkable, leaving me with a feeling of purity and relaxation. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the sparkling pool to the immaculate surroundings. Andreas, the host, was a standout in his dedication to ensuring a wonderful experience. As we arrived, there he was, waiting for us at the gate with a warm welcome. A quick message was all it took for him to be at my service, and his genuine care added an extra layer of warmth to the stay.
