Enjoyed it. Highly recommended place.

Pros: The host cared about the details in the apartment and everything was available except for containers to save food in them in the fridge. The place was very clean and the furniture was new and well kept. The apartment matches the photos posted to promote it. We recommend it for longer stays because you feel relaxed, and can cook your own food if you don’t want to eat outside. It has a big terrace with no real view but at least a view was not falsely promoted. From the garage parking there is a short cut entry via the staircase and elevator to the apartment which eases baggage handling.

Lovely stay, we enjoyed the experience

Pros: Easy check in, easy check out. The property is in a quiet residential neighbourhood. It is in a convenient location away from traffic noise and any other distractions. You have private parking which is a big bonus, (if you own a car.) The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, very well equipped, modern furniture and very comfortable. The host is super friendly and was ready to help us anytime we needed it. Checked up on us and made sure everything was okay.

Cons: Had a little hard time finding it when we checked in

A quiet little haven in a busy city!

Pros: The place was extremely clean, the host communicated efficiently, and everything was very well appointed.

Pros: Very beautiful apartment, spatial, great terrace, bathroom. Very quite neighborhood.

Cons: Hard to find. Instructions about where the building is should be more clear. Simple kitchen equipment (pots, cloths, carafe,...) should be added.

Pros: The apartment is very spacious and above all very clean. There was all the equipment necessary for a good stay and a magnificent terrace. It was perfect ! The host was also very understanding and accommodating !

Cons: The only negative point, which is obviously not the host's fault, is that I found the location a little far from the University of Cyprus on foot! I recommend having a car to visit this region!

Has everything what you may need

Pros: The apartment is very clean and cared for. Mr George is an excellent host, very polite and helpful. I travelled with my dog, and there was is a big terrace for her to play. Also very quiet area. Thank you, I will be definitely coming back for my next visit to Nicosia!

Cons: The light bulb at the entrance to the building burned out (I arrived when it was dark), but it is easily fixable
