Pros: Property was new, clean and quiet. Centrally located. And had its own private off-road parking. Lift was well maintained. Corridors were clean and the amenities in the flat were modern. Balcony and coffee machine were the cherry on the top.

Best option in Nicosia, very value for money!

Pros: As I travel a lot back and forth from Greece to Cyprus for business reasons I’ve almost been to every Airbnb in that area. This one was if not THE BEST then one of the best! The bed is absolutely comfortable and the house is perfect to relax after a tiring day of exploring Nicosia. Everything you might need is a 1 minute walk. From the super market to the bus station that takes you to the center of Nicosia. The towels could be a bit better but that’s a personal preference and I didn’t mind using them as I didn’t pack mine for a 2 nights stay. I will definitely stay again there.
