Pros: Nice clean room in the middle of the city. There was a girl at the reception when we arrived, so it was easy to get in.

Cons: They didn't reply to our messages. Better to call them if you have a question.

Pros: Very convenient apartment style hotel, clean and comfortable. Friendly, service minded staff. Small common area with kitchen facilities. No frills.

Cons: As such the place is easy to find but there's only a small sign on the apartment building its located in.

Manolia hotel for a good stay in Nicosia!

Pros: The location of the room is very comfortable and close to city centre and bus station. So good!

Cons: When a tourist arrives at the entrance it is a little bit difficult to understand what to do. There is no a clear logo of Manolia outside. You should access n.35 from the street and then go to 1st floor. But it's not immediately understandable.

Pros: Fantastic location to explore Nicosia on foot, close to bus stop, restourants and shops.

Cons: only coffe was available, no any sachet of tea in my room. Door not sound proof so noise from coridor were loud. TV channels in Greek only, nothing in English or German.

Pros: Good Location, decent rooms. Though there is no parking as stated, The receptionist offered me to park at the stairs leading up to the building but I parked nearby instead. There is a parking area beside the building, it cost 7 euros for up to 24 hours

Cons: Room is a little dated. No FREE Parking

It was very relaxing overall which was why I went there in the first place.. to wind down.

Pros: The bed was very comfortable and the parking is close although it’s paid parking. Also, the room was very clean and I enjoyed the location as there are lots of things around.

Cons: The shower cubicle was not as spacious as I thought from online viewing. I burnt my thigh just from standing in the shower. (To give you an idea of how small it is)

Pros: The area was nice and clean,with plenty of nice shops ,and restaurants,the residence was clean and tidy ,with a very spacious room,aswell as the bathroom,the stay was in the summer,and the room catered for this with a/c and a small fridge to hand.there is a kitchen,with plenty of room, with a dining table ,and all catering/ cooking implement to hand.the staff nice ,and pleasant.if in the area if I go back to Cyprus,I would stay again there.
