Pros: Everything was nice, and clean. Location is perfect too

Cons: There was smell that would come up from time to time, maybe it was from the plumbing we were not sure. Also, there was only one garbage bag per bin provided and we stayed for a week. Would be better if they put extra.

Nicosia top location

Pros: Excellent location, 5-10mins walk from old town, many food/coffee/bare/shopping in immediate neighbourhood, on bus route to Solomou Square. Ample space for 2peoole, very comfortable bed, washing machine, well equipped kitchen and a lovely balcony.

New and clean

Pros: It was very clean and refurbished. We had excellent communication with the staff

Cons: The lights outside the apartment didn't work properly and the parking was really narrow. But fortunately there was a parking next to the building. Suggestion: it would be great if you add an extra mirror outside of the bathroom

Very good option

Pros: Everything worked perfectly fine and the apartment was very clean and beautiful. Also it has an excellent location and is a good point that has parking.

Cons: I didn't like that the deposit is very high and that they took 7 days to return it.

It was a nice room in very good location that needs some small improvements

Pros: Nice place, as I can understand is still in progress. Minor improvements are needed.

Cons: there is no lighting during the night at the entrance of the building. There were no enough wall plugs available in the room

Lovely apartment in a very central location

Pros: Comfortable place, basement parking, quick to respond to any issue

Cons: Not the easiest booking to do if you don't have patience to read the rules and pay a deposit. But they're quite straightforward with it all.
