Pros: Homely, cosy and loved cuddles from Mr Hero 🐈 Amazing views of the mountain range. We had a car so easy access to everything we needed. Thanks for having us!

Excellent stay!

Pros: It was an excellent stay! Mr. Hero the cat is very cute and very friendly—he accompanied me everywhere and definitely made my stay brighter. The view was amazing. If I have the chance, I’ll stay at this place again. The neighbourhood is very quiet. There is a good coffee shop within a 10-minute walk and a decent taverna nearby. Thank you for hosting me.

An excellent stay that I’d recommend to anyone interested

Pros: The apartment was very comfortable in every aspect. It was well furnished and stocked. When we had a query Greta saw to it promptly and efficiently

Pros: The apartment was modern, clean, and had everything you could possibly want. The beds are really comfortable and we both had a great night's sleep. Although this is in a high rise apartment block we felt safe both within the apartment and within the surrounding area. The view of the city from the apartment windows is phenomenal. Close to supermarkets, local taverna and coffee shops. The absolute highlight has to be Mr Hero. 😺 He is an absolute delight, such a friendly and loving cat. Do not visit here unless you're willing to fuss and love him. Hosts were fantastic, communicated directly, with check in and check out. Would recommend all cat lovers to Vaz's penthouse.

Cons: The only (minor) criticism is that the shower was quite small but this would not hinder us from stopping again.

Mr Hero is the best!

Pros: Mr Hero is such a polite gentleman! Apartment was clean and comfortable, no issues.

Cons: Would prefer there to be a better stand for the small showerhead as I do not use rainfall showers. However my partner used the rainfall shower and found this perfectly fine. Also, the bed is bigger than it looks! We both bruised our knees from the sharp corners.

Pros: Very quiet neighbourhood feels very safe. Nice clean apartment very bright. Mr. Hero had his place on the sofa and didn’t walk around a lot.

Pros: Fantastic view, and Mr Hero was excellent and very friendly, definitely will try to book again next time I visit Nicosia.

Cons: The elevator didn't work for a time so had to use the stairs which is 7 floors. No designated parking but there was on street parking available on a first come first served basis.

Wonderful

Pros: Such a cute cat, we loved to cuddle with him! If we plan to visit Nikosia again we would always choose this penthouse again.

Cons: The bathroom is a little bit low. Two of us are over 1,80m and it was a little bit tricky with the position of the toilet near the shower and the small shower.

Great place to stay. Recommended.

Pros: The property was spacious and clean. Mr. Hero was the sweetest little host and we adored him. This place made us feel like home, it was great. Also, great view!
