Pros: I liked that it is a new apartment building and the apartment itself is spacious and well-designed.

Cons: Unfortunately, when I arrived, the room hadn’t been cleaned, and I had to request housekeeping. Also, there was a power outage on Monday morning, which made it difficult for us to prepare breakfast.

Pros: Просторно, светло, чисто, удобное расположение, парковка, терасса, планировка, высокие потолки, все мелочи в квартире и на кухне, дизайн, близко к аэропорту и к Айа Напе, мы ездили и на Пафос и в Протарас и в Айа Напу, очень удобно располжено жилье.

Pros: Ubytování bylo opravdu úžasné. Úplně nový byt, který poskytuje kompletně vše. Vše nové, pohodlné a čisté. Doporučuji využít bazén a posilovnu. Klidná a pohodová lokalita.

Pros: Uusi rakennus Block D. Ihanan iso parveke, viikonloppuisin ja arkisin öisin rauhallista, lähellä edullinen Stelios iso supermercado, mukavat naapurit, uima-allas ja siellä vähän ihmisiä. Paljon edellisten asukkaiden jättämiä pesuaineita yms. Merkitystä on mihin suuntaan huoneistosi on. Meillä oli kadulle ja se oli mukavaa. Ihanat vastakkaiset naapurit kadun toisella puolella.

Cons: Kaukana rannasta, pitää olla auto, rakennusalue = betonipölyä niin uima-altaalla kuin esimerkiksi parvekkeella. Parvekkeen lasitus likainen. Ne jotka omistavat huoneistot, pesevät itse ne ja ikkunat tai käyttävät siivouspalvelua. Imuri olisi ollut hyvä. Muistattehan omat pistorasioihin adapterit. Jos sähkö katkeaa pidemmäksi aikaa, ole heti yhteydessä vuokraajan ettei lasku olisi heillä jäänyt maksamatta. Itse olimme tämän takia noin 5 tuntia ilman sähköä.

Nice flat for family stay

Pros: Very nice modern brand new flat. Everything is working and photos correspond to reality. Pool is quite big, working 24/7, Gym is also ok (I found everything whats needed). Washing machine and dryer works perfect so do not bother to take many clothes. kitchen has everything what is needed. Property in good strategic position if you are traveling by car. 30min from Ayia Nappa and 40 min from Limassol. Near by big shopping mall. We really enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα! Ευρύχωρο και πολύ φωτεινό. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα! Πεντακάθαρο. Ο διαχειριστής έλυσε όποιο πρόβλημα παρουσιάστηκε με υπευθυνότητα.

Υπέροχος χώρος, χρειάζεται μερική βελτίωση όσων αφορά τη καθαριότητα.

Pros: Ολα πανέμορφα, καινούργια και πλήρως εξοπλισμένα για να μείνεις και μακροπρόθεσμα.

Cons: Δυστυχώς ίσως λόγω του ότι είναι αρκετά καινούργιο κτήριο ήταν πάρα πολύ λερωμένα στην είσοδο και ασανσέρ… Το σπίτι εξίσου θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο καθαρό..
