Very comfortable apartment with excellent views and great building facilities

Pros: Lovely building, very comfortable with all the facilities available for use and a great spacious apartment with everything you need

Cons: There was a fair bit of traffic noise from the street even at night and also the location wasn’t fantastic in that it was quite far (20 mins) walk to restaurants cafes etc although there were a couple of large supermarkets reasonably close by

Lots of space in a convenient location

Pros: First of all, there was floor heating, so while that is not common in Cyprus, it’s great thing to have during those colder months. I know what I’m talking about - currently in another apartment in Cyprus, and the floor is not pleasant to walk on at all. Then there is space - lots of it, really. I don’t like to live in tiny apartments and fighting for bathroom access with the family, so this apartment was a great place for 3 people to stay. It was also nice to have a dedicated parking spot. Although I haven’t been using the car much - using taxis felt more convenient, especially when going to places 10 minutes away.

Cons: There wasn’t anything noticeably annoying, really, but if I need to name a few things, then I definitely can. First of all, one of balcony glasses was shattered. That made the whole balcony sitting experience not that pleasant. Then, while the materials used in the interior are good, the quality of the work is quite horrible. But that is a common thing in Southern countries. Also, there were some mistakes made in the planning phase. One toilet is too close to the wall, so even someone 20 cm shorter than me had issues. And when the toilet lid is open - you can’t use the flush button, since it’s covered by the lid. That applies to all 3 toilets. But the above things were not dealt with breakers. Just, considering the price, not expected.

Ему интересны люди и их комфортное проживание а не вопрос: Как бы заработать больше денег! Нашей благодарности, нет предела!!!!! Очень чисто. Комфортно. Современные апартаменты. Отличные кровати. Много подушек, большие одеяла.Современная техника Mile. Прекрасная система кондиционирования.Всё необходимое в наличии. Просторно! Интернет с хорошей скоростью. Хочется пожелать, чтобы люди, которые живут в этих апартаментах, бережно относились к чужому имуществу! Мы очень довольны отдыхом! Рядом вся инфраструктура: магазины, рестораны. Автобусная остановка.
