Pros: It was clean and quiet, with air conditioning, kitchen and tv.

Cons: The building looks a bit old and dangerous but it’s not very important.

Pros: I was skeptical with the mixed reviews being so contrasting, but I was amazed that the apartment on the inside is been recently renovated and looks brand new. Top appliances, white and clean sheets and towels, comfortable bed, hot water working properly with decent pressure (rare in many places of Cyprus). So, the apartment itself is 10/10.

Cons: If you care about the external appearance, then this property is probably not for you. The outside (building entrance and stairway) looks pretty bad. But nothing that paint and lights wouldn't fix.
