Pros: L'appartamento, al 4° piano di una palazzina, è bello e confortevole, arredato con gusto. Mancano alcune cose nella dotazione della cucina (pentola piccola, tazze grandi) probabilmente perchè attivato da poco, ma c'erano tanti elettrodomestici, piccoli e grandi. Una bella veranda/salotto con parziale vista mare, piscina e parcheggio condominiali. Posizione ottima, basta attraversare la strada a piedi e passando tra i palazzi si scende alla spiaggia in pochi minuti, è vicino all'ingresso dell'autostrada, in pochi minuti di auto si arriva al centro di Limassol.

Cons: Il gruppo di palazzine richiederebbe una maggiore manutenzione. Pur essendo al 4° piano della palazzina più interna, si sentivano, a volte fino a tardi, le inutili accelerate di motociclisti maleducati.
