Irinis 150 Urban Luxury Studios

Pros: Convenient and fast check-in. We were able to check in earlier than the stated time, which really helped after the flight. Thank you! A new studio apartment with all the amenities you would expect. Great location close to the old town.

Cons: All rooms face a construction site where noisy work takes place from early morning until late evening. We were woken up by loud construction noise. There are no sheer curtains on the windows, and the construction site with workers is very close to the building. Due to the low floor, there is no privacy. Blackout curtains are provided. In addition, there is a nightclub in the neighboring building. On weekends, loud music and bass could be heard until early morning, causing noticeable vibration in the room. People from the club walk directly under the windows, and even quiet conversations are clearly audible due to very thin windows. The towels were synthetic and of very poor quality, and they did not dry properly. The apartment was only moderately clean upon arrival.

Pros: Great location, in the city centre. Apartment is new and very well equipped. Clear instructions how to check-in (with photos and everything). Great communication with owners, they are very helpful and super responsive. Highly recommend it.

Pros: New building, modern design, good location 10 minutes walk from the Marina, very responsive owners

Pros: Modern and clean. Easy to check-in and communicate with the owner.
