Pros: The apartment is clean and tidy. In my opinion, you need to give 2 entrance tickets to the apartment and a sign for the parking gate to go out on a rainy day and open the gate wide. The place is recommended from my point of view.

Pros: This is one of the best places to have night. You will feel yourself as at home, because: - you have literally everything you need, starting from iron and finishing with washing powder already in place - it is super clean and new - as many pillows, blankets and towels as you really need

Cons: My wife was scared about security of area where the hotel is located. As we can conclude you can be 100% calm about this. Yes, there are a few workshops around and due to this area looks like abandoned, especially if you are doing checkin at night. But in the morning you see that you are surrounded with private houses where normal people live. We also saw no sign of any threats to our safety. Besides this, all windows are lockable and entry is secured with cameras and magnet door.
