Pros: The apartment was very clean and had everything you need, with a good price–quality ratio. The only downside I noticed is the poor insulation, and on weekdays you can hear early in the morning people going down the stairs and cars starting. Other than that, everything is as described and very well organized.

New, clean

Pros: The studio is new, very clean. Easy to find parking spot near the entrance.

Nice apartment for a short Larnaca stay

Pros: The owner is truly a nice guy. Responds quickly and thinks along with you in case you need anything (we could check in couple of hours earlier e.g.). The apartment has all you need and is tidy and very clean. Parking is also next to the house so you don’t have that stress to worry about. All in all a perfect place to stay

Cons: If you’re gonna walk to Larnaca centre it is 20 mins or so. If you have happy legs like I have it is okay, but on a hot sunny day it may feel like a long distance in a residential area.

Great and comfortable stay and a very helpful host

Pros: We had a very long stay here, lasting almost a month. Everything was up to our expectations. The flat was small but comfy and very clean. The location is perfect, very close to the centre and downtown of Larnaca, and within a 15-minute walking distance to the sea. The facilities in the apartment were enough for our needs. The host was extremely helpful and responsive, and resolved a few issues we had very quickly.

Cons: As an improvement for the future, I wish there were some barriers on the balcony to cover up the view from the street. Since the flat is on the ground floor, I didn't feel safe leaving the laundry outside to dry when we wanted to go out. And I didn't like that the room was exposed to the outside. Covering it up easily with some wood or plants would have been better. The shades are good, but they block the natural light during the day. The mattress was okay, but it made a lot of noise when you tried to turn onto your side.

Pros: I had a great stay at this place. It was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. I did have some issues with the safebox for the keys and the main door, but the owner was very helpful and promptly assisted me in resolving both problems. Despite those challenges I would definitely recommend this place to the others.

Pros: Very nice and clean apartment in good location. Smart tv, modern bathroom, and comfortable beds. Great contact with the host. Highly recommend!!!

A great studio

Pros: I totally recommend the studio!It is located in a real nice neighbourhood, there is also a great pub nearby.For arriving in the city center you can have a lovely walk for aprox 25 min, otherwise there is a bus station.The appart was very clean, kitchen and bathroom well equipped, a generous terrace!We were very happy with this place and for sure we will come again!,
