Pros: My stay in Larnaca, Cyprus was exceptionally comfortable and pleasant. The apartment where I stayed was outstanding in every aspect — quiet, peaceful, and impeccably clean, providing all the necessary conditions for a truly relaxing experience. The location was ideal as well. The beach was only a few minutes’ walk away, and all essential facilities such as shops, cafés, and restaurants were conveniently located within a 20 to 300 meter radius. This made my stay not only enjoyable but also highly practical. Overall, my experience was of the highest quality. I would gladly recommend this apartment as a well-maintained, comfortable, and perfectly situated accommodation in Larnaca.

Family stay at a baby friendly apartment
Pros: The location was very convenient. Short walk to the centre and local shops, restaurants. The host was really great he also recommended us few great places for food. The flat has lift, a nice balcony to chill and all the necessary amenities. It's a great place for a family with a baby to stay. Lovely big bed, comfy sofa and lots of natural light is just some of the highlights. We would definitely return on our next visit to Larnaca.
Cons: There is nothing in particular. However if I could give few friendly recommendations for improvement would be, to have the babys cot ready for people like us, as we weren't familiar and it took us a while to assemble. Also I believe it would be really helpful for people who travel light if there were few complimentary essentials such as shampoo, few washing pods and few sticks of coffee, sugar. I think this would top up the whole experience, but this is just my personal opinion. Overall we had a pleasant stay nothing negative to comment.

Pros: The location of the apartments is close to the beach and the center. There is a mini market right under the balcony where you can buy everything at affordable prices. The apartment administrator is always in touch and ready to help with any issue. There is a lot of dishes, everything you need is there. Comfortable beds.
Cons: sometimes there was no warm water

Pros: The owner is very responsive and was always in touch. The apartment is very spacious, convenient for a large group. The combination of its convenient location, welcoming atmosphere, and excellent amenities made it the perfect home base for our trip. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Pros: Equipped with all the necessary utensils and home equipment needed. Helpful host provided us with lots of useful directions and hints.
Cons: An extra towel for the toddler would have been nice, but it was a minor thing really; suggestion for the future. :)

Ideal place for a shorter or longer stay in Larnaca with friends or family.
Pros: We have received detailed and accurate instructions on how to reach the apartment. The host was reachable, reacted quickly and positively, was flexible. All worked fine in the apartment. It is located in a good spot, there is a market underneath which is convenient and there is a restaurant (tavern) opposite, and the city centre and the beach is only a couple of hundred metres away. Convenient parking is available. Ideal place for a shorter or even longer stay.
Cons: The rooms overlooking the street in front are a bit noisy when the traffic gets going in the morning, and it does. One bathroom for six or eight people which the apartment can accommodate is sometimes problematic. Bathroom time had to be allocated economically.

I highly recommend this place to travelers in Larnaca.
Pros: There was everything in apartment: plugs, iron, hair dryer, tv, wi-fy. It was clean and cosy. There is a parking lot exactly at the building.
