Pros: The location is great, very close to the beach promenade.

Cons: The hot tub was giving an ERROR and we ended up not being able to use it. Also, to heat the water for bathing you need to be in the apartment, which makes it quite uncomfortable if you arrive or come late.

Perfect location for a couple nights.

Pros: Very clean and great location. Quiet area but walking distance to beach and restaurants. Perfect for a couple nights stay.

Cons: Only negative was no lift so had quite a few stairs to carry case up, but that was in description. There is no free street parking but we found a multi story that was reasonable just a 5min walk away.

Cons: There was no adapter from EU to UK/Cyprus contacts; apparently the other guests steal what's left in the apartment...

Pros: Our stay was simply amazing and went far beyond our expectations! The apartment was beautifully cozy and had absolutely everything we could wish for – a relaxing jacuzzi, quality shampoos and conditioners, a great coffee machine, and so many thoughtful touches. Every detail made us feel right at home. Honestly, the apartment itself was the highlight of our entire trip – we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Cons: There was no one on the reception or to ask for help, although instructions were very clear.

What an apartment credit to host superb be back in the future.

Pros: Where do I start with this apartment. First class apartment in centre of Larnaca on the beach’s edge 1 street back. Hot Tub on balcony is superb. And all the small touches inside the apartment is superb. Bottle of wine on arrival was a really nice touch and much appreciated. Lovely bathroom toiletries included also. Mega fast wifi also it’s really really good. Comfy bed also. Coffee machine, fridge a d microwave available in the apartment for use also. Will def be back in the near future.

Cons: Nothing everything was ecceptional

Perfect stay

Pros: We had a great stay, entering from the main door, you are in a clean, nicely smelling hallway, owner answered his phone immediately when I couldn't open my message and as soon as we entered the apartment, it was wow! Nice covered veranda with hot tub, great shower, comfortable bed with enough pillows. Coffeemaker with several Nespresso cups and teabags, water in fridge and the location of the place is great as well! Definitely will come again

Cosy comfortable apartment right in the centre of town

Pros: Right on main shopping street of town and about one block back from the seafront. There is a spa on the balcony.

Cons: Finding the check in point was a bit tricky as it is in the middle of a souvenir shop's outdoor display and no street numbers were visible. Hint: there is a sign overhead on the street, quite high up. Two flights of stairs to climb.
