Great Location at The Finikoudes!

Pros: Perfectly located as described a few steps from a great beach and loads of restaurants/ cafés to choose from. Apartment is very spacious, clean and ideal for a family. Host was good and checked in with us several times during our stay to ask how things were going.

Cons: Although our stay in Larnaca at The Finikoudes was enjoyable and the apartment itself was clean and comfortable, the building complex was not. You can hear all the noise made by others in and around the building, specifically the staircase. There are pigeons (birds) nesting out the bathroom and kitchen windows that make noise throughout the day and night. The apartment in general, but more the bathroom unfortunately has no ventilation. The window's around the apartment have no screens and can't be opened, due to risk of the nesting birds getting in. The water in the shower easily backs up, due to poor drainage and floods the bathroom. I didn't bother the host, as I read a previous review where it was already mentioned and they said they would get maintenance onto it. Obviously, due to being high season and fully booked, it hadn't been repaired. Lastly, I strongly recommend not using the on-site car park. It is very tight to get in/out of and there is no ramp on the street. It requires you to go up and down a curb with approx 12cm/120mm drop. We were lucky to have a high off the ground car to not cause damage.

Pros: Had a great stay in this apartment, I would definitely recommend! Stayed for 2 nights and the location couldn’t have been better, the condition was lovely too.. clearly recently refurbished. Very helpful management team on site at all times. Will definitely be staying here again😃

Cons: לא הצלחנו לקבל מונית בחינם משדה התעופה למקום האירוח, ידית בכניסה לבניין לעיתים רחוקות נתקעת עד שמשהו לא יוצא מהבניין, שעתיים חיפשנו איך להיכנס למקום האירוח-צירפתי תמונות מימין לשמאל איך להיכנס: ממול מרקט יש מעבר שרשום שם LARNAKA BAY , ממשיכים לשם ונכנסים ימינה פנייה ראשונה, כשאתם מגיעים עם מונית תגידו מספר בניין 17,זה יעצור בול במקום, מים במקלחת (אם זרם חזק) עומדים.

Pros: The location is indeed excellent, being conveniently situated near the sea, various cafes and restaurants, and shops, with the added benefit of a doctor's office located very close by. The apartment is quite spacious and comfortable for a family, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all new and very clean appliances. The establishment offers table games. Each room, including the kitchen, is air-conditioned. A large television with internet access is available, and there are also televisions in the bedrooms. We loved it, thank you ❤️

Cons: During our stay, the drain in the bathroom unfortunately did not function, necessitating careful water usage. Additionally, we encountered a cockroach, which we had to deal with, and subsequently, we took precautions to safeguard our food overnight.

A very good apartments to stay some nights with kids

Pros: Very good location. Very spacious for family with kids.

Pros: Excellent location in the centre surrounded with restaurants. Across the building you will find mini market. The beach is 1 minute away and is very convenient if you are with kids. The apartment is clean and spacious. If you don't mind not having a balcony, this is the place to go. Very quick and good communication with the staff.
