I can recommend this apartment.

Pros: The apartment is very clean (except for the windows) and comfortable. I especially liked the large balcony. Close to the airport and the beach. We will come here again.

Cons: The windows need to be washed. They're very dirty. There are piles of pigeon droppings on the street-facing windowsill. It's strange why no one cleans the windows and sills.
