Top Larnaka apartment!

Pros: - New build, very large apartment with high standards, everything in good working order and sparking clean. - Huge balcony with plenty of comfortable sitting space and a view to both the lake and the sea, shaded in the afternoon - Private covered parking - Excellent gateway for the Salt Lake, Mackenzie/Kastella Beaches, plane spotting and for leaving the city via the highway - Plenty of restaurants, cafes and a minimarket within <10 min walk - Very quiet neighborhood at night, with zero traffic and noise - Large amount of street cats for those who like them

Cons: - Nothing worth mentioning

Quiet location relaxing holiday.

Pros: The property is excellently positioned to see the sunset. Could sit and look at the salt lake all day. Clean, tidy, functional a Apartment. Quiet area . Five minutes walk to beach. Nice restaurants within walking distance. 20 minutes walk to Finidoukes beach.

Cons: Building work in surrounding developments but not really an issue for us.

Pros: Great apartment with a beautiful terrace for hanging out and drinking morning coffee, cozy and especially valued toys for kids, a crib... The kitchen is well equipped. Why Larnaca? Beautiful beaches that are not overcrowded with tourists, sea temperature is warm but slightly colder than in Aya Napa which I personally prefer. Good choice of restaurants and fast connection with Aya Napa and Limassol for the ones that like to visit more cities/beaches. Why this apartment? Accommodation is several city bus stations from the Airport and walking distance from Mackenzie beach that is perfect and well maintained. Supportive hosts, good wifi connection, parking, air conditioning in every room and a lot of appliances.

Would stay again but has room for improvements.

Pros: Was a nice property, well sized with plenty of space for everyone. Management team are very responsive so any issue are dealt with fairly quickly. Generally upkeep outside and in communal areas was good. Came with a parking spot so ticked lots of boxes for us.

Cons: Wear and tear was too much. Too many things that I had to bring to the attention of the management so felt there was a lack of upkeep systems in place. The property has a key card for the electrics to work attached the the only door key. This was annoying when someone wanted to stay in and rest while others wanted to go out! Basically you can’t without waking the other person to open the door. If you want another key it’s an additional daily charge and discouraged.

Very nice and lovely apartment

Pros: This is an exceptional property which is very clean and has high quality products which you would find in a 5 star hotel. The host is highly approachable would answer your questions soon if you message them through messaging service of your booking dot com app. This is a nice place for family.

Cons: The address on the property is not well marked on the building. The host should ensure that building number is well marked. However, the map would bring you to the exact location.

Pros: THE APPARTMNET IS VERY NICE, VERY GOOD LOCATION.. WE ENJOYED IT VERY MUCH AND WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO OTHERS, MAYBE COME BACK OURSELVES.

Cons: WE ASKED FOR A CRIB BUT ONLY GOT ONE AFTER CALLS BACK ABD FOTH WITH THE MANAGER. IT WAS VERY DISSAPOINTING AS WE GOT IN FROM A VERRY LONFG FLIGHT. THE DRAINAGE IN THE SHOWER WAS BLOCKED AND AFTER FIXING IT WE COULD'T USE THE SHOWER FOR ONE DAY. ALSO, WE LOCKED OURSELVES OUT OF THE APARTMNET BECAUSE OF THE UNUSUAL KEY. BUT THE MNAGER WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL.

Pros: Very nice location and accommodation, 7-8 min walking from Mackenzie beach. We were with kids and it was very confy to stay with a big family! There are 3 bathrooms in fact-one with wc only and 2 with shower cabin! Highly recommend this flat! We will get back for sure 🙂.

Cons: Lovely apartments but in an area where more are being built so some construction noise but they look almost finished
