Pros: Everything was perfect! I booked an apartment with a sea view and it was a 10! The host was very welcoming and helped me with everything I needed. The The apartment is equipped with everything you need, perfect for a couple or a family, but also for a solo traveler as was my case. In the kitchen area nothing is missing, including the washing machine, dryer and others. I didn't run out of hot water, the wifi worked perfectly. The beach is close. For sure I will comeback here for a longer weekend. Very satisfied with the dialogue with the host, even before checking in. The bus 425 from the airport, will drop you right in the vicinity of the location. Many places to eat around, supermarket and even a Pizza Hut (the pizza was delicious). My rate for this place and host 10+/10+

A short but wonderful stay

Pros: The house is located on the main street, easy to access and with a large parking lot next to it. Big open space for the living room/kitchen; decent amount of accessories in the kitchen. Great terrace, with a nice view to the sea.

Cons: The house is located on the main street, so there is a LOT of noise from the cars passing by. There was no user manual / any document to help you use the TV & the satellite sistem.

Pros: Nice and silent an apartment equippted with everything you need, close to sea.

A short stay in Larnaca

Pros: Great flat spacewise, comfy bed, good shower and lovely balconies. Host communicating promptly. A good supermarket 5min away and the sea over the road.

Cons: Possibly to provide extra pillows and equip the kitchen with a kitchen towel please and leave some washing powder for the washing machine.

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay here! The apartment is very comfortable and spacious, with a cozy bedroom, a living room with a TV and sofas, and a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need , from a kettle and fridge to glasses and plates. The highlight for me was the lovely terrace , perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening or a cup of coffee in the morning. The street is quiet, and there are cute cats around, which made the place feel even more charming and peaceful. The host is local, very kind and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and in about 20 minutes by car you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches in the area. Parking was super convenient , right across from the terrace, and there was always a spot available. Everything was great , I would definitely stay here again!

Cons: Everything was great, nothing to complain about! I had a car and spent my days exploring the island, from the mountains to the sea. It was truly beautiful!

Home away from Home in Larnaca!

Pros: The apartment is amazing! Spacious with amazing facilities. The owners are great, it was a last minute booking and they still managed to get me all the instructions and access needed. Everything is clear from internet to aircon use to heater etc. Very clean apartment, beautiful in all aspects! Would definitely stay here again.

Cons: All was great- but would be nice to have some better amneties- like laundry powder to use for the washing machine, some bottles of water or snacks as welcome package, also to have the shampoo and the body shower as two different products and not the same. But these are small details- everything is great regardless.

Pros: The property was very clean and very well equipped with everything one needs The location was fantastic at the beautiful oroklini with clean and beautiful beaches The area is very well served by efficient transportation facilities where buses run regularly and take you anywhere you need The host deserving a plus praise for efficiency and friendly attitude with prompt response to all requests I do highly recommend the property for all

Cons: Almost nothing

Pros: We had a fantastic experience at Magic Sea Apartments! The location is perfect—right on Dekehlia Road and just steps away from the beach, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway in Larnaca. The host was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to meet all our last-minute requests, including providing a microwave and extra blankets. The apartment was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. The beds were great, and we especially appreciated the spacious kitchen, which was perfect for cooking and dining together. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-equipped place near the sea with outstanding hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!

A good and pleasant place to stay and run by a very kind man.

Pros: The location was ideal for my needs. Very easy to access shops and cafes. The bus route was very close and the beach was 5 min walk. Prodromos (the manager) was one of the nicest people you could wish to meet. He went above and beyond to help me out when I had an emergency and needed to go to the hospital. When I tried to thank him he just said that it was the least he could do. Even on the first night when I had a little trouble shutting one of the balcony doors he came in with a smile on his face and sorted it out. I will definitely go back there when I can.
