Overall it looks great and good for a family stay in a safe environment.

Pros: Location is perfect and very secure. The property owner has a kind hearted person and very generous.

Cons: No dish washer and bedsheets are not very clean . Washing machine not functioning properly and no fully automatic. Curtains are not functioning properly.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay. The owner was very friendly and thoughtfully prepared some small groceries for us after our evening flight, which we truly appreciated. The house is located in a gated community, which adds to the feeling of safety and comfort. The kitchen is extremely well equipped – you can find everything you might need during your stay. A huge advantage is having three toilets, which makes a big difference and provides great comfort when traveling with a larger family. The house offers plenty of space, and everything necessary for a pleasant stay is available. An additional highlight was the opportunity to enjoy a cup of coffee combined with a walk by the sea — a truly lovely experience.

Cons: The only small challenge was managing the hot water and heating the house, as our stay was in January. However, after receiving clear instructions from the owners, we quickly resolved everything without any further issues.

Pros: Fantastic place to stay with a wonderful helpful staff the villa is spotlessly clean and well equipped with absolutely everything you need comfortable stay the location is excellent with beach less than 200 meters away.Finally Philippou is very welcoming person

Lovely house with very hospitable and friendly owners.

Pros: We were pleasantly surprised to find that the fridge was stocked with fresh milk, fruit, butter, bread, ham and cheese and bottled water. Later in the week we also had a delivery of fresh pastries from the family. The house was clean and very well equipped with a nice terrace with BBQ.

Pros: Very friendly welcome. It was very nice to have basic food in the fridge ready for breafkast. In general the villa is not new but very well equiped, clean and we had a pleasant stay. The owner was very helpfull and responded fast. We can recommend this place for a nice family holiday. Thanks and see you next time :)

Pros: The location was amazing, near to a beautiful promenade. It was great to run every morning.

Pros: Excellent location, very close to both store and beach. Quiet area. Very nice kitchen equipped with all that you could need. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms.

Cons: Could use to have keys to every room.

All the family had a really relaxing and enjoyable time.

Pros: The location was really good in terms of its close access to the promenade /beach. Being gated it was very safe for the young children. The Villa itself was very spacious and well appointed. There were no problems with any of the facilities and utilities. The property was very clean. There was sufficient car parking space. The 2 patios worked really well.

Pros: Everything was great. The apartment is clean, equipped with everything you might need. A beautiful view of the sea, which is just a few steps away. The owner is friendly, ready to help with any questions. He prepared all the necessary food and water in the refrigerator for the first day. Many thanks to Filippo and his uncle. If I have to visit Cyprus again, then only here!

Excellent location and lovely place!

Pros: Loved the gracious nature of the hosts. They were very helpful and always available on call. And all the appliances and facilities were in place.

Cons: Could install another water heater in the bathroom below. One water heater for a family of 8 proved a bit daunting. And because it was very cold, all the family members did not receive the hot water as expected.
