Pros: Very nice apartment with all the amenities. Great communication with Stalo and the snacks were the final touch to make us feel welcomed. Location is nice for the distance to the beach, restaurants and bus station.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is spacious, very clean, and perfect for a family with children. It’s located in a quiet area, just a few minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes drive from the airport. We arrived at 3 AM and the taxi from the airport cost €20. There’s also a bus stop nearby with connections to the airport and other cities in Cyprus, which was very convenient. Everything is close by, yet peaceful. Communication with Stalo was absolutely fantastic — she was kind, responsive, and very helpful. We truly recommend this apartment! 🌟

Great apartment centrally located
Pros: We loved the apartment, it was clean and nicely decorated with all the facilities you need. Location was good, near the marina and walking distance to the beach and the old city. The host was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. There was a public parking at the building for 3 Euro a day. The air conditioning in every room was a real saver in hot August.
Cons: We had trouble sleeping on the hard mattresses, I would suggest to add a topper. Would love a dishwasher but we managed.

Все как на фото) впечатление от квартиры и хозяина очень хорошее
Pros: Довольно приятная ухоженная 2х комнатная квартира. На пару ночей остановиться можно. Близко до Марины и автобусной станции. Очень приветливый хозяин, был всегда на связи и быстро помогал ориентироваться во всех мелочах. Нам позволили заселиться раньше на 2 часа, чем положено. За это огромное спасибо и это было очень важно для нас, тк погода была очень дождливой и нам пришлось бы ждать где-то на улице. В аппаратах была бутылка воды, кофе, чипсы🙏🏻
Cons: Жестковатые матрасы.

Excellent appartement dans un immeuble neuf près de la plage et excellentes vues sur la mer.
Pros: Excellent emplacement du bâtiment, résidence Nicolaides. Loin de la route et du bruit, mais à 5-7 minutes à pied de la plage. Il y a une gare routière à proximité, ce qui est pratique pour voyager à travers le pays. Propriétaire très réactif, résout les problèmes rapidement Séjour spacieux, fenêtres entièrement coulissantes, qui transforme la pièce en terrasse) L'appartement a tout ce dont vous avez besoin, même une cafetière à capsules ! Lit très confortable et bon linge !

Excelent pentru prețul platit
Pros: Am avut norocul să rezervăm apartamentul la un preț bun. As spune ca evaluarea nu e de 10 curat, sunt anumite imperfecțiuni, dar asta tine si de așteptările fiecăruia. De departe punctele forte sunt suprafața (atât a apartamentului, cât si a balconului) și distanta față de zona centrală și plajă. O nota bună si pentru gazdă, care asigură o comunicare corectă. Dotări bune in zona de bucătărie, gazda pune la dispoziție si o parte din consumabile (inclusiv cafea pentru câteva zile).
Cons: Punctul slab l-a constituit izolarea fonica a tâmplăriei exterioare, în special in zona livingului-bucatariei.

Apartament na 10!
Pros: Super apartament. Dobry kontakt z osobą zarządzającą. W apartamencie było wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy a nawet więcej - mały poczęstunek + winko. Dobra lokalizacja
Cons: Mały minusik za kurz na lodówce i w tym podobnych miejscach, o to można byłoby jednak mocniej zadbać, bo ogólna czystość ok, ale w kilku miejscach \
