Pros: The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos. We stayed for two months and it had everything we needed. I don’t usually leave reviews, but the host, Fadi, was exceptional—I’ve never had a better host. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay, like when I locked myself out or the Wi-Fi briefly went down, and Fadi always responded immediately and came over to help without delay.

A Hidden Gem
Pros: This apartment exceeded all expectations! The host's warm greeting set the tone for a wonderful stay, he made sure we had everything we needed. The spacious place has everything we needed, including cooking utensils, oil, and spices. A washer with cleaning supplies was a bonus. The fast WiFi and separate air-conditioning units in the living room and the bedroom made it comfortable even in the scorching heat. The apartment comes with a wide patio with a barbecue grill. It is in a quiet area with 4 mini-markets nearby, countless restaurants along the promenade and the amazing Kastella beach is less than 500 m. The host went out of his way to make our holidays special. All in all, we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking an enchanting and delightful holiday experience.

Pros: Прекрасные апартаменты, расположенные в 5 мин ходьбы от пляжа. Апартаменты обородованы всем неоходимым для комфортного проживания. Чувствуется, что хозяин имеет большой опыт в туристическом бизнесе, учитывает все необходимые потребности и запросы своих гостей. Хорошая посуда, столовые приборы, даже острые ножи, что редко встречается в подобных местах. Мы, как правило, берем с собой в поездки хотя бы один острый нож. Здесь он не потребовался. Помимо близости пляжа, недалеко находится небольшой супермаркет со всеми необходимыми продуктами, рестораны и кафе на любой вкус, набережная для утренних и вечерних прогулок. Особое спасибо Фади за доброжелательность и готовность решать все проблемы. Планируем вернуться сюда в будущем.

Excellent accommodation!
Pros: We stayed for 1 week at the end of October 2025 and we were impressed by the excellent location, apartment had everything you needed, with huge terrace for our morning coffee, nearby shops and restaurants, 5 minutes walk from the Mackenzie beach, 5 minutes walk from the Finikoudes beach, 10 minutes walk from the Intercity bus station. You can use bus 425 from the airport to the location(station is nearby) and back if needed. The owner was extremely helpful in providing guidance and support and links with the best places in town. Thank you once again Fadi, we had the best vacation!❤️Hope to return again in December!🙏

Pros: Ampasamentul si accesul usor la plaja si prinicpalele obicetive din Larnaca.
Cons: Nu a fost efectuata curatentia in nici o zi pe durata sejurului de 7 zile, nu au fost schimbate prosoapele si cam insuficietnte pentru sejurul cat am stat.
