A good deal for the value: basic, clean

Pros: We've got this property for a week, mid February. So, easy to reach by rental car, easy checkin process. Inside though basic (incl. bathroom, washing machine, fridge), but VERY CLEAN. Nice terrace (shared with other studios, but hidden from the street). 20 min walk from all central areas, but a few food stores and cafes around the property available. We've got this on Black Friday sale, so it was a very good deal for the value, much cheaper than other options in the area. No problems with wifi in the room, youtube and other streaming options available on tv. Conditioner included in the room. Easy self check in and self check out, so we could plan our time easily. However, we've also met a manager (owner?) in the terrace who was very kind.

Cons: The door to the bathroom is very silly and noisy (more like a difunctional and very heavy wardrobe door), so it was impossible not to wake up another person in the room, while trying to access the bathroom. The hot shower situation is also quite ridiculous - it is possible to get hot water only if it is on extremely low pressure, almost impossible to wash your hair with it. No way to get warm water - it's either very hot or very cold. Only cold water in the kitchen sink. We dealt with it for a week, but I would not recommend it for someone planning to live here longer or with small children. Also, the room on the ground floor during February had very high humidity - after washing things with washing machine, it was impossible to dry them, also our towels were wet all the time and the conditioner heating option was not enough to deal with this. After the rain, also no way to dry shoes and coats. A portable heater would solve the problem.

A very pleasant and comfortable studio apartment.

Pros: A very clean newly renovated room, Large comfortable bed and nicley laid out sudio. All the items in the apartment were like new. Clear instructions from the owner meant an easy self check in. Although the apartment and facilities are basic it was great value for money and very comfortable.

Cons: A car is quite important as the apartment is some way from the main attractions, We did know this when booking so not a critism.

Charming Garden Suite in Larnaca

Pros: This was indeed a cozy little nest, with dine finishing inside and welcoming garden patio outside. Everything was new, clean and functioning (wash machine was such a bonus!), and assistance from owner, when needed, was immediate.

Cons: As suite is located deep within a residential part of town, it is almost a 30 minute walk to main attractions.

Lovely hidden gem - would definitely stay there again!

Pros: Lovely room, spacious, well-equipped, quiet air conditioning. Lovely shower and bathroom. Coffee and water provided. Lots of nice touches, such as a nice outside courtyard space filled with plants. Felt very welcoming. Parking space outside. A little tucked away, but the owners sent full instructions on how to find the place. We were unsure how safe the area was at first, as there are a couple of derelict properties nearby, but after some quick research, we were confident to explore at night and found a nice bar with great food about a 15-minute walk away. Very close to Larnaca airport for our early return flight.

Very nice studio apartment for a short stay in Larnaca.

Pros: The apartment is spotlessly clean, the bed is large and comfy, and the host was very helpful. The courtyard outside the apartment is a nice place to sit.

Cons: There is only one cooking pot in the kitchen and it is enormous, and there is no microwave, so cooking is not very practical. There isn't much room for dining in the apartment. Also, the bathroom is very heavy and doesn't slide well, so it's difficult to open and close. We feel the host should attend to these matters for the comfort of future guests.

Pros: All what is needed, clean and practically arranged. Cozy. Easy to check-in even late in the evening. Quick replies.

Cons: Parking was not easy but we managed.

Pros: Geras kainos ir kokybės santykis. Švaru, yra viskas ko gali prireikti: įrankiai, indai, šaldytuvas, net ir skalbimo mašina.

Cons: Buvo menkas nesusipratimas dėl įsiregistravimo, bet apart to viskas tikrai gana gerai. Gal tik norėtųsi kiek geresnės garso izoliacijos tarp WC patalpos ir kambario.
