Gorgeous and spacious apartment for a good price

Pros: We booked this property on purpose after reading very bad reviews. And we managed to debunk all the bad comments. Yes, we found maybe two tiny cockroaches on seperate occasions inside the kitchen sink but please show me the place in Cyprus that doesn't have this issue, as well as fetal cats? The apartment was so specious and well furnitured, had a beautiful interior. We had very great time.

Cons: - Due to road maintenance the entrance to the parking lot was closed and we had difficulties driving all the way around through underground parking. It was very complicated, super narrow space. - Not enough towels. Property offers washing machine but for a half of month we had huge difficulties to replace them because it did not get dry that fast. Also there were no drying tissues / cloths at the kitchen. Dish soap dispenser was broken. It felt like sofa is going to break at any time but other further was from the solid wood, luxury. - Very remote area. Impossible to visit this place without a car. The nearest shipping mall is 10-15km away, also all the restaurants and tavernas are far away and beach. There is nothing to do in the area. -Swimming pool was closed. -No hot water in the mornings and evenings. Boiler is on top of the roof and it is powered by solar collectors.

Good Stay, Just a Few Issues

Pros: The apartment offers excellent value for money, making it a commendable choice for travelers. One of the standout features was the detailed description provided beforehand, accompanied by photos, which ensured we weren't wandering around in the dark. The modern amenities combined with the tasteful furnishings contribute to a pleasant stay. The spacious living room is especially welcoming, offering ample space to relax and unwind. Moreover, while the location is a bit remote, it's clearly indicated, and with a car, it poses no issue at all.

Cons: The peeling plaster could be addressed, and it was a slight oversight to forget providing a duvet and cover for the bedding.

Séjour agréable dans un appartement moderne

Pros: La literie est très confortable L’appartement est très moderne et spacieux L’appartement est quasi et en très bon état

Cons: Les équipements sont neufs mais il manque un certain nombre de choses en vaisselle (5 fourchettes pour 6 et 5 assiettes plates pour 6 très peu de verres classiques) Il manquait les draps pour les personnes du salon Le hamac de la photo n’est pas utilisable Nous avons demandé d’avoir des draps et personne n’est venu
