Pros: On the morning of our arrival, we received a clear message with the exact location where the keys would be left. Everything was simple and easy to understand. The apartment is spacious, and the hosts respond to all questions. Welcome drinks were waiting for us upon arrival. There was absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay, including fully equipped kitchenware. The bed linen and towels were clean. It’s close to both the city center and the beach, with a small shop and a bakery nearby, as well as private parking.

Cons: You can hear some noise through the windows. Although the street isn’t particularly busy, if you’re a very light sleeper, it’s a good idea to bring earplugs 🙂

Pros: Everything was absolutely fine, the accommodation met all our expectations. We didn´t use the rooftop pool, but the view of Larnaka was really pleasant. Getting to the beach is less than 10 minutes walk and there are two small grocery shops just around the cornor. A big advantage is also the bus stop right by the accommodation and the option to store luggage. We didn’t do much cooking so I can’t really comment on how well-equipped the kitchen is. This place is perfect for someone who doesn’t want to feel like “just another tourist” and prefers having more freedom and local options. The best part was the terrace, perfect for morning coffe or relaxing evening drink. Highly recommended!

Pros: The property is in an excellent location within walking distance from the centre! Check in was quite easy and the instructions were clear! The owner was very prompt and replied to our messages almost immediately. In general we had a good time and I can't say that we found any major negatives during our stay.

Pros: Great location! The host was very responsive. The place is very clean and has all the facilities we needed as a family.

It's a pity we had to go home. Hope we back soon!

Pros: Very nice flat with a lift and big, shady balcony. Sleeping rooms and living room equipped in airconditioning. Wash maschine and dishwasher in the kitchen!!! Pool on the roof with beautiful 360 view on the see, city and mountains. Beach, city center with plenty of shops, restaurants, bars 7-10 min walk. Well-stocked shop with good prices only 3 min walk. The same distance to bakery. Only 2 min walk to bus stop 425 (from and to the airport).

Cons: Mechanical workshop is quite close and some mornings they cut something or use hammer causing noise.

Good value for money, generally a nice place. Probably not very good for noise-sensitive people.

Pros: Good value for money, good location, the pool was nice and never had any people, AC in every room, the balcony is a highlight.

Cons: Lots of noise from the street and the nearby workshop, some small things like trash bags or sponges for the kitchen could've been provided.

We had a great time in Cyprus and the apartment was a perfect place to rest, we loved the balcony!

Pros: Very good localisation, close from the airport, close to the sea, shops, city centre

Duże mieszkanie, dobre miejsce na pobyt

Pros: Duże, przestronne mieszkanie z równie sporym tarasem. Wyposażone we wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty. Dostęp do basenu, szybki internet, klimatyzacja i dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Było bardzo czysto.

Cons: Brakowało drobnych rzeczy jak worki na śmieci czy czyste gąbki do naczyń. W okolicy jeden mały sklep spożywczy.

Perfect for a family holiday

Pros: Everything was perfect for our family holiday. We had everything we needed - beds for everyone (no one gad to sleep on a couch), TV with Netflix, wifi, nice big terrace and AC was working very well throughout the apartment; there were even spices in the kitchen and pool floaties for us. The location is also great because its really close by the beach with cheap sunbeds and umbrellas and lots of restaurants!

Cons: We liked everything, there were no problems!
