Pros: Close to Finikoudes beach, great location, apartment has lot of space, 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, an bathroom. It's on the second floor, building has an elevator.

Pleasant stay at Larnaka’s city center

Pros: The place is a great value for the money. It is in a very central location, close to shops, restaurants and the sea side. The host was super friendly and supportive thought our whole stay. The apartment is quite spacious and there are all kind of amenities you may need. The check in process was super easy. We were pleasantly surprised by the small presents we have found out like teas and water, but most of all we have highly appreciated that the host has though about the possibility that guests may have forgotten power adapters (as we have) and has provided adapters for everyone.

Cons: It could be a bit cleaner. Some part of the furniture is quite old but that doesn’t cause a problem as everything is functioning properly. Check in was smooth and easy, however the only drawback was that in 1 of the evenings our key didn’t wanted to unlock the main door, so it was a bit stressful, but after several attempts, everything worked out.

Pros: Everything was perfect, contact with owner, all necessary information, apartment with all equipment, and close to restaurants, shops and beach. You can even see the sea from balcony :)

Pros: The location is very close to the seaside, and the apartment had everything we needed for our visit. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the check-in instructions were clear. We just had to confirm over the phone that the entrance was next to Happy Avogato, since the house number wasn’t visible — but it was easy to sort out. It was really convenient to have a washing machine in the apartment, and our laundry dried quickly on the balcony. We had delicious burgers at the café downstairs, and there was also a nearby bakery open until 11 p.m., rated 4.8 stars — we really liked their oven-baked pizzas! There were several small markets around where we could easily buy snacks. From the apartment windows, we could see a school yard and an Armenian church. The host surprised us with some lovely treats — we found water, tea, and a great bottle of wine waiting for us.

Cons: The double bed was quite squeaky. Larnaca in general is a bit noisy, but it would be better if the garbage containers in the parking area were placed further from the windows. Someone even moved them closer to the indian restaurant next door — which was a great idea — because at around 12:25 a.m. a garbage truck came to collect the trash. The same thing happened early in the morning, before sunrise, and the workers were shouting loudly.

Pros: the apartment was big enough and a minute walk from the beach and the restaurants.

Lovely apartment

Pros: This was a great apartment. Very spacious everything you need from a holiday apartment. Read a lot of reviews that said the sofas uncomfortable to sit on. We did not find that so. Okay they are a bit scruffy and needed the covers on them, but they were fine. Location was great for lots of eating places and the beach. It was very good value for money. Would definitely stay here again. For some reason it is showing that we only stayed one night. We stayed for 10 days, which I think makes a difference to people reading the review.

Perfect flat, perfect stay, we will be coming back.

Pros: The flat is two steps from our favourite Finikoudes beach and St Lazarus church. As early check-in was not possible, there is a luggage storage in the very same street - some 100 m from the flat - ideal! As this is second line from the beach, there is hardly any noise during the night - very important when going with family. The flat is equipped with all necessary basics. It says 40 m2, but it is so cleverly designed is feels spacious and airy. Tasteful choice of colours and materials is an additional advantage. Air-conditioning and washing machine work perfectly, beds are super comfortable, there is a clever and quick water-heating system to take a shower. It is a great price / quality ratio.

Cons: This is hardly Eduard´s fault, but in case of our stay, the flat was not absolutely spotless upon our arrival - the cleaning service could have done a slightly better job. And as common in Larnaca, water pressure in tubes and showers is slightly weaker than elsewhere.

Pros: Location very close to the beach, near everything you may need.

Great central apartment for a short stay,

Pros: The property is in a great location. Was clean and comfortable. We only stayed 1 night. We felt it was amazing value for money. Can walk to everything from this locatoin

Cons: The parking space allocated to the apartment was not accessible as the Car hire place on the same lane had parked a car in front of the space. This meant we had to pay for parking in the car park opposite. Not too much of an issue as the parking was cheap and it was for 1 night but the car space is only suitable for a small car, and only accessible if there is a small car in the space next to it. It probbaly cant really be described as a car space but this is Cyprus, and car spaces are found in spots that other countries wouldnt even entertain.
