Comfortable stay, good location

Pros: Good location in a silent neighborhood. Clean apartment, kitchen well equipped, 2 small stores in close vicinity. The owner was very supportive, no matter the hour we have called. Easy access to flat, and as a plus, the bus station is right there, across the street.

Cons: small improvements to the bathroom and a new mattress in the bedroom, would be great

Close to the airport

Pros: It was a really good place for relaxing. There was everything you needed for a comfy stay in the apartment. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Pros: Everything was perfect. Close to the airport. The bus station is near, it’s 10min walk from the center in Larnaca and 20 min walk from Mackenzie beach. The apartment is the same as the pictures.

I would stay again, which is saying a lot :)

Pros: Location was a great one for me, that's why I selected the property. It is relatively close to both beaches Makenzy and Finikoudes and a 10 min walk from all sights in old Larnaca. As a bonus the 425 airport bus is right outside and makes travelling from/to the airport easy, fast and cheap. As a second bonus the building has a small pool, which we didn't really use but it was great to have the option :)

Cons: Didn't really got the exact access details initially, if I didn't have phone coverage - which happened in some countries - at the time it would have been a problem. Once I reached out everything was sorted out. Something that is not really a negative but needs mentioning is the fact that you have to pay for your electricity - read the meter and calculate the market price and all...

Pros: The location is great, close to the seafront, promenade or beaches. Water station, convenience store and bus stops to and from the airport just a few steps from the building. The apartment was clean, and provided everything you need for a vacation. Communication with the owner was good.

Pros: Clean and comfortable , fully equipted, supermarked 4 min away, and beach nearby, free parking , swimmingpool and very friendly owner . Balcony with 4 chairs. Elevator. 👍

Cons: No view or sun from balcony because of blocks around , but you have that by the pool downstairs. Extra costs for electrisity .
