Chloris 3- Bedroom Apartment W/Pool in Larnaca

Pros: It's a beautiful, spacious aparment on the top floor of the building. Everything looks quite new, and is really well organized. The kitchen is very well equipped. There are no big supermarkets around, but there are some small convenince stores and some restaurants (I strongly recommend Poseidon - it's not very pretty, but the food's devine). The apartment is really close to the sea, but if you want to go to the beach, it takes at least 15 minutes. One more thing - the airport bus stops very close to this place. You don't need to go to the centre.

Cons: We had problems with finding it upon our arrival. The instructions weren't 100% clear. We also had a problem with getting warm water. After all we found out it that there is a button we should have pressed to heat the water, but again it wasn't very clear. One night it rained a lot and afterwards the terrace was completely flooded. I think they should clean the drains. Nevertheless, those were minor problems, we had a great stay and I totally recommend the place.

Pros: Very good service and great place and location. Such a lovely apartment!

Pros: The apartament has a large terase where you can enjoy rest of your day. It's 5min away the promenada and has lot's of restaurant in 15 min round area. It's well equiped. The block has a pool at grund floor althougt you should just got to beach. It is overall very nice and I wil definitely come back

Cons: The only 2 things that should probably be remediated are: Being 5 persons (this time) we didn’t have same back to home hours. And we had only one key chain without the posibility to separate a key. So everytime some of us came late had to wake up someone from the house to open the door Second. We could't find where to dry our washed cloths so we improvise. But overall the whole trip was amazing also because the accident was amazing.

Pros: It is a modern, clean and spacious apartment with great facilities, was perfect for the 4 of us. It is located in a calm street not far from the sea and the center. We spent all evenings in the big terrace, my favourite spot :)

Cons: Only thing to mention is that there was no hot water during most of our stay.

Pros: Clean, great location - walking distance to everything, pool was a bit basic but did the job!

Cons: We had an issue with the electrics but the staff were very prompt with responding and sorting out the problem

Very comfortable apartment

Pros: Very comfortable apartment for 6 people. Lots of comforts. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. There are two bathrooms and a large terrace. There was water in the fridge. There are air conditioners in all rooms.

Cons: Slow correspondence with the host. Two of the beds are a bit noisy Small problem with electricity on the second floor. Hot water is small.

Pros: The Apartment was 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very Large Terrace area. It was in a very quiet area and within a couple of minutes walk to Restaurants and the Promenade beach area.

Sunny spacious apartment

Pros: The apartment is well lighted, natural light is great. 5th floor with nice view, it is spacious, the terrace is beautiful with couches, table and umbrella. The glassdoors are great addition, it makes the apartment feels wider. It has elevator and own parking slot which is very useful if you will rent a car. The location is nice. They provide a drinking bottled water in the refrigerator which we really appreciate. There are adapters that we could borrow.

Cons: We stayed for 9 nights and 4 people, however when we asked to give us more toilet paper and a plastic bag for trash, the host says they only provide once which is bizarre. They only provide one key. We asked them to give us extra key but we did not get an update about it wether they got one or not. The metallic string on the key is dangerous, it poked our fingers few times and bleeded. When using the room on second floor of the apartment, you can hear the elevator when someone uses it especially in the morning when it is used by the people who lives in the building.

Pros: Awsome flat, awsome location, everything what should be there was there, near the beach, near the minimarket with beer... Simply beautiful autumn.

Cons: Just one keys for whole group... But maybe, next time, we could ask for another pair. We dont tried it, so we dont know.
