Mackenzie Blu Beach Studio

Wonderful vacation!!!

Pros: The studio offers everything you need for everyday life. Great location, next to the beach and restaurants on the promenade. The owners helped us all the time. On our next visit to Larnaca, this studio will be our first choice.

Efficient

Pros: Easy to get in. Close to the beach (10m, just cross the road and you are on a 1,3km stretch of a sandy beach). Good parking. Clean. Well equipped. The pictures are 100% accurate. Quick response by the hosts. Its been the 2nd time now.

Cons: 1st floor with a restaurant view from the main window and balcony, sea view from the 2nd smaller balcony :-) but as the location is directly on the beach for a very reasonable price you have the possibility to enjoy the fresh air and beach the whole day and have your freedom and less rumble from the waves during the night :-)

Grate place for a short vacation!

Pros: Very close to the beach, center, bus station, night out places, tavernas.They offer us some seasoning fruits and a botle of cyprus wine in the fridge, that’s very nice gesture from them. We love this.

Pros: It was a very pleasant stay! The flat is great, there was everything we needed. Great terrace where we had coffee in the morning and ate breakfast. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants. Owners wonderful, friendly, helpful. There was fruit and wine waiting to welcome us, a very nice gesture. ☺ I would definitely recommend, I would love to come back

Cons: One and only huge minus is a club really close... when there was a party at Friday night there was no change to get some sleep.

Lovely location!

Pros: Great location, found a good parking place, good restaurant two buildings down, comfortable bed.

Cons: After we had booked, they told us that sometimes there is a band that plays downstairs on Saturday nights. We could cancel with no obligation if we wished. We decided to go anyway, and the band did play--starting at 10 pm and going until nearly 1 am. Bring earplugs!

We enjoyed staying at this appartment, it was clean, big enough and with all neccessary amenities.

Pros: Location is perfect, one restaurant just in front of the building and beach only 100 metres. Many extra things included in our stay, one bottle of wine, a lot of towels, coffee, small things which can make your stay much more pleasant. Free parking was available next to the building.

Cons: Pub located next to the apartment has very bright neon lights, it is necessary to put shades on the window to block the light.

perfect for a city and besch vacation in Larnaca & very friendly hosts

Pros: The Studio apartment on the first floor is equipped with everything you can need like a washing machine and detergent to use. The host also left us water and fruit in the fridge which was really nice. The apartment is located on the beginning of the beach promenade. The host was very kind and helpful with organising a transfer/driver.

Cons: This is no one’s fault but there is a construction site next building and a night club downstairs. I wanted to mention it for others although both were quiet during the week. We stayed Monday-Wednesday and didn‘t have any issues.

Great value for money location

Pros: Great self contained apartment a few steps from the beach and Mackenzie eateries. Communication from landlord and gift basket of fruit and alcohol was a very nice touch.

Cons: Nothing but if I’m picky I would have liked a TV

Pros: Owner has been very kind! Fruits, vine and water were available on arrival. Location is quite OK, having beach, restaurant, kiosk in 2 minutes walk.

Cons: Poor sound insulation, construction site near by, not so clean surroundings!

Pros: Awesome place, really friendly host who is always ready to help. Complimentary fruits and wine. 1 minute to the beach, a lot of cafes and restaurants around.
