Pros: Very close to the beach and restaurants. The place was clean, nice and quiet. Air conditioning was a big help. There is free wifi at a good speed. The host is very nice as well. I would come back again.

Cons: If you’re there to stay at the beach the whole day and you are rather looking for a place to sleep and shower, the apartment is perfect. However, the toiletries are insufficient (the toilet paper was barely enough, the towels were not changed during a week, the shower gel was enough for one shower, etc. Truth is we didn’t ask for more, so I don’t know if this is an option). It would be really useful if the kitchen had at least a little stove/frying pan, to prepare a proper breakfast.

Pros: Excellent location. The room had everything we needed and George was the perfect host.

Pros: George was very helpful, after big storm roof started to leak, but George give us other room and problem was solved. Really nice place and kind people. :)

Cons: Unfortunately weather was not so good, but apartament was perfect, just no washing mashine.

Pros: The apartments are situated opposite the beach. The apartment was clean and tidy

Cons: The only one issue we had was the toilet not flushing properly but other then that can't really complain

Pros: I like the studio a lot. It was cosy and cleen and had everything you need for the short stay. The location is perfect. The only down side was the toilet tank was filling with water very slowly

Spotlessly clean studio with all the basics covered.

Pros: Perfectly situated if arriving late or leaving early for airport. I specifically chose this room because it was on the ground floor and I had a lot of luggage. The room and location were exactly as described and despite being 2m away from the restaurant it was super quiet. George is very responsive on the Booking.com app so I would contact him if you have any questions at all. The WiFi was reliable both days I had online meetings. In response to some comments, the studio really isn’t for cooking in - think of the fridge, toaster, microwave, kettle and Greek coffee maker as nice additions to your hotel room.

Cons: Honestly, nothing, it had all the basics I needed (and no more). I had no problems with the plugs or water at all because I’m used to UK plugs and using electric showers. However, my neighbours needed help and I was happy to show them. I’m not a fan of staying in places with laminated directions stuck on every wall/socket but maybe some discrete instructions would help for late at night showers etc.

A great stay to kickstart the rest of the holiday. Thankyou.

Pros: The decor and the feature wall with the arches. Also being able to walk in your swimming costume to the beach only 50 metres away. Also the promptness of fixing the door lock so it locked alot smoother and easier. Breakfast and lunch in the sunshine on the very clean patio.

Cons: Could provide a safe please. Also a mini oven would be useful for a longer self catering stay. A little note to explain the water heater would be useful as we had switched off the neon light overnight to stop it shinning. Bedside light could be above bed to make reading easier.

Ubytování se mi líbilo, mohu doporučit

Pros: ubytování je v blízkosti pláže, mohla jsem si ráno jít zaplavat a vrátit se na snídani během 2 minut. Podél moře se dá jít procházkou až do města. Pokoj byl zrekonstruovaný, čistý, kuchyně hezká a vybavená.

Cons: Z venku trochu ošuntělé a staršího vzezření, což by mohlo někomu vadit, ale mě to nevadilo. Uvnitř vše nové a hezké. Velmi si cením blízkosti moře. Jediné, co mi chybělo v kuchyni je vařič. Je tam konvice, toustovač, mikrovlnka.

Unerwartet gemütlich und angenehm!

Pros: Sehr ruhiges Zimmer, 50 Meter vom Strand entfernt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gleich nebenan, George, Besitzer war sehr nett, engegenkommend und hilfsbereit! Ich möchte sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Pros: La ubicación, inmejorable, muy cerca del aeropuerto, y a pocos metros de la playa y de las zonas de restaurantes. La amabilidad y diligencia del anfitrión, quien hace lo imposible para que la estadía sea grata y sin inconvenientes, y siempre está dispuesto a ayudar y a responder preguntas.. El hecho de dejar el equipaje en consigna, permite aprovechar el tiempo mientras uno espera para ir al aeropuerto. Cerca hay restaurantes con muchas opciones de precio y variedad. Tambien hay algunos almacenes donde se pueden conseguir viveres y bebidas, y a unos 300 metros hay una farmacia, por si surge algun problema. La playa está apenas a unos metros, y es ideal para quien no dispone de vehículo. Es muy fácil de llegar desde el aeropuerto, con el autobus 425, y con ese mismo bus se puede llegar hasta el centro de Larnaca. El internet funciona muy bien. El hecho de que haya aire acondicionado es un plus y fundamental en los días muy calurosos. Lo recomiendo con entusiamo.

Cons: Tal vez que haya mayor opcion de canales internacionales o sevicios de TV. Si uno no comprende griego, no hay mucha opcion para disfrutar de la TV
