True local experience with wonderful hosts

Pros: The room is cosy and very quiet at night. It is equipped with all the essentials and the facilities are of great quality. The bed is so comfortable that I slept like a baby every night. The hosts are responsive, generous and very kind: they provided very good advice and made my trip in Cyprus a memorable one! Highly recommended!

Lovely quick stay

Pros: Lovely little room, easy to find and parking available in the yard. Very clear check in instructions were provided. Beer and tea/coffee provided. Great spot close to the airport (10 min drive) with good coffee nearby.

Cute and cozy

Pros: The room is small but well maintained and really cozy. Bathroom is great and it’s equipped with everything you need. The little terrace, sit down area outside is also super cute. It’s a 20 minute walk from the center/old town/beach so it’s not central. But it is a quote and nice residential area so if you don’t mind the walk it’s fine. The hosts were great, they took us to the airport at night they have a service for a fee. There’s a really cute restaurant right next to the room, we didn’t have to look for anything far. Overall a great stay.

Pros: I needed a quiet, clean place for the night and the Yard Room was perfect for me. I appreciated the kettle, herbal teas and coffee too!

Cosy and clean room near the airport

Pros: We booked the Yard Room as we landed in Larnaca very late and needed somewhere to sleep for one night. It was conveniently located a 10-minute walk from the airport, very easy to find with clear instructions on how to get inside. The room is cosy and very comfortable and sparkling clean, with clean sheets and towels, and good AC. The shower is hot and there is a little area to make a tea or coffee. The host is very friendly and kind and helped us with getting into town the next day to collect our hire car. I would highly recommend this place and stay again! Did the job perfectly.

Felt like i was living as a Cypriot!

Pros: Every detail was thought of - i only stayed one night but could have easily stayed here for a week or more. Lefteris and Athina picked me up from the airport which was so helpful. Shops , restaurants and beach are all in walking distance. Lefteris and Athina so kindly made sure i had everything i needed and also showed me around spots which are really helpful from a locals perspective. Every detail in the accommodation is accounted for and makes it so easy and comfortable to stay. I wish i could have stayed longer and will forever be so grateful to have met Lefteris and Athina. Already planning to come back!

Excellent place with lovely hosts

Pros: The hosts are amazing people - kind, welcoming, and very helpful. The room is spotless, comfortable, and fully functional, exactly as described. Communication was always easy and very responsive. The optional pickup and drive to the airport is such a convenient service - honestly, don’t bother with anything else.

Cons: If I really try to find something to improve, it would be slightly stronger water pressure in the shower. The fact that I need to be so particular just shows how excellent the experience is overall.
