Sealife Citycenter Residences

Pros: Beautiful apartment in a peaceful area of Larnaca. It is located within walking distance from the seafront. The amenities are very useful, well designed interior, beautiful and spacious balcony. I already booked my future stay in this apartment. I loved it very much 😍

Pros: Apartment has really great location! Communication with the property owners was fast and informative, they gave us detailed instructions for check in, and catch up if we need anything else which was nice. Apartment itself was nice, as it is on the pictures. Generally would recommend.

Cons: There are lots of clusters and stuff in the kitchen that you don't need for short stays but not the stuff that you would actually need, like electric adapters. Only two towels per person. And there is a slight unpleasant smell but nothing alarming

Nice place to stay

Pros: We really liked the apartment. It’s very nice, well-equipped, and overall comfortable. Everything was reasonably clean, and we enjoyed our stay a lot. A few small improvements could make it even better: some hooks in the bathroom and near the entrance would be very useful for towels, bags, and jackets. New pillows would also be appreciated, as the current ones are quite worn and lumpy. A mattress topper for extra softness would be a great addition as well. Overall, a great place to stay, and we would happily recommend it.

Cons: The points about the mattresses and pillows are as already mentioned above.

Pros: Truly an amazing apt, good location, clean , supportive owner.

Cons: We arrived on NYE, a champagne in the fridge would have been a nice guesture :-) other than that,nothing

Modern and clean

Pros: Modern apartment, very clean, close to the centre.

Holiday in December

Pros: A new, comfortable apartment with many facilities. The location is in the old center, 6-8 minutes walk to the beach. For a mini vacation in December it was an excellent location.

Cons: The apartment could have been cleaner with more attention to detail.

Cozy place close to the Saint Lazarus Church

Pros: We stayed for a few days, the location was very good and we enjoyed walking to the Saint Lazarus Church every day. On a very quit little street, the apartments were nicely decorated and very clean. We enjoyed our staying in this place and would return in the future.

Pros: Good size apartment, the towels were very good, the shower was good, the bed was comfortable, the sofa and tv looked good but I was on my own doing a race on Sunday morning so I was out quite a lot. To be honest I imagine most people visiting would be out going to beach or restaurants , I can't imagine many who would watch tv apart from at night. I has a bit of an issue because I didn't see the card for the power on the keyring for a few minutes, if you put a sticker on the card saying key for power slot that would help

Cons: There is very little that I didn't like, I suppose it overlooked some kind of community that looked like they have locked themselves away from the rest of the community But then it was close to Larnaca tennis club and I coach tennis so I went on Saturday morning to look at the coaches coaching kids so I really enjoyed that. And also it was only about 5 or 6 minutes from the main restaurant and I really liked Larnaca and the people and the beach and restaurants. Never been to Larnaca or Cyprus before, the weather was great compared to uk

Recommend, modern and clean

Pros: It was clean and beautifully decorated. Was in a new building and close to the centre. Very good communication with the host.

Cons: - only one mirror in the hole apartment (recommend also putting a full length mirror in the bedroom) - the entrance door got stuck a few times, hard to get into - the check in time is quite inconvenient

Nice apartment, I had everything needed and even more!

Pros: Good Location, close to the sea and all nice restaurants.

Cons: All was good and convenient. Maybe sometimes hot water was disappearing, but in general all good.
