Manoli Apartments

Recommendation

Pros: Modern apartment. Everything was new and clean. Great location in city center close to bus station. Our room was cleaned after 5 days and towels were changed. You have everything you need for 7 day stay: large comfortable bed, fully equiped kitchen, iron, great hair dryer. Price/quality ratio is amazing.

Cons: We had apartment on the ground floor which we knew in advance. But we didn’t know that our balcony is right on the street. We didn’t feel safe to leave terrace door open during the night which was uncomfortable. Also, we had a lot of issues with hot water. The most of the time it was straight cold even thought we turned the heater on for a longer time.

Pros: Bed was really big and comfortable. Staff is kind and fast replay to any inquiry. It was very clean and we had maid every 3 days. No deposit needed. Drinking water vending machine is near by. Everything is like on pictures.

Cons: Location is not so close to the bus station. A/C is just above the head where we slept.

Pros: The apartment was clean, easy pick up of the keys. Comfy beds were also great

Cons: We had to sleep with windows closed due to the loud music coming from nearby bars We would have appreciated some toiletries, as dish washing soap was used also in the toilet, and also there were no basic things in the kitchenette such as salt (we had to buy everything)

Pros: Manoli is close to the clubs, which is awesome for people who like to go out. But even though, we didn’t have problems with noise, so it wouldn’t be a problem for family people. The communication with landlord was great, we missed some towels and european charger adapter the First night, and the issue was immediately solved. The towels were changed and the room was cleaned every 3 days, which was great. There are a lot of different kitchen supplies. The great thing is there are 2 ACs (even though they are loud they are working properly), which was super important since the nights are really warm. There is a smart TV.

Cons: The towels didn’t look so clean so my recommendation is to bring your own, but everything else was great

Pros: Apartment as advertised on site with good amenities. Clean and has necessary items for a short stay. Location is perfect - near bar street, just a couple of minutes walk, but noise from clubs did not reach apartment so it does not interfere with sleep! 24/7 market nearby too. Parking was not an issue.

Cons: Perhaps would have been more reassured if check in details were sent earlier on (they were sent the day before to be fair).

Mini Luxury

Pros: The compactness was well balanced with having everything I needed and more. Hot Shower, only 1 floor, balcony with chairs/table along with other things my short stay did not requite. great mini kitchen with fridge and small freezer compartment, flash hairdryer, iron and ironing board lots of cupboard space ( with a few hangers). Loved the place. Obviously going in February (very off season) I had a quiet time. Cheap bike hire place fairly near. Very Happy.

Cons: Didn't receive text but got an email after I had set off to Ayia Napa. I also rang the given number before I set off but there was no answer. If I had not just acquired a smart phone I would have been very stressed.. This was the ONLY thing I had an issue with.

Worth staying, my recommendations

Pros: Big and comfortable apartmen with pretty view on sea, the owner is kind and comunication went well and smoothly

Cons: It should be a bit cleaner and provide shampoo

Pros: Nice place with perfect relation between price and quality.

Pros: Loved that I had a very quick response from Natalia regarding a small problem I had !!! Good communication!!

Great value for money!!

Pros: Good Location, comfortable bed, nice small chicken and nice balcony. Easy check in and check out. Great value for money!!

Cons: If you have problems with noise you could have issues with getting some sleep. (We went in December so only one bar was open so this was not an issue, but still the neighbors are very much “alive” in that area) Could have some kind of shampoo or body wash :)
