Aurora Holiday Apartment - Ayia Napa

Wonderful holiday

Pros: The apartment is very nice,has everything you need.It is located near Nissi Avenue,and i could walk to Nissi Beach,in 25 minutes i was there.I think it is the most amazing beach.The big TV with Netflix and youtube,is a big plus.The nonstop store that is downstairs has good prices,and has a lot of good products and food.Also Mario is a great person,he gave me instant answers to my questions.I will return there for sure.Thank you very much.

Cons: Everything is just ok.

Pros: We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment. It’s spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. There’s a large living room with a kitchen, a separate bedroom, a bathroom, and a nice terrace. Everything was clean and tidy. The beach is not very close, around 15 minutes by foot, but it’s easy to reach by car or public transport. It’s something to keep in mind, not really a downside. The location is close to the main street, with shops, bakeries, and a pharmacy nearby. A 24-hour supermarket is right at the building entrance, which was super convenient. Overall, a great place to stay!

Cons: It was a bit noisy in the evenings due to nearby bars and restaurants, but that’s expected in Ayia Napa, the whole town is lively and full of nightlife.

Pros: Everything was great, very helpful and kind host, sincerely recommend ♥️

Pleasant stay in the center of Aya Napa

Pros: The location was great, in the centre of Aya Napa, close to all necessary things, bus stops for beaches. It is well equipped (hair dryer, iron, washing machine) and spacious. AC and balcony exit available in both living room and bedroom. The host is very friendly and replied immediately to all of our questions.

Pros: everything about this stay was perfect from the location to the facilities to the owner of the property being more than helpful. If we come back to aiya napa this is 100% where i would stay again!!

Pros: The apartment is well equipped with almost everything you need and close to the beaches. The host is friendly and helpful. Netflix is ​​a big plus. The apartament is big, the air-conditioners work fine.

Cons: The mattresses are not comfortable enough - they are too soft, the pillows are extremely uncomfortable and I think only the small pillows are usable. The place was not perfectly cleaned, there were hairs on the sheets. There is a karaoke bar near the apartment - it's almost impossible to fall asleep before 2 A.M. There is a laundry, but unfortunately I did not find any washing powder. On the other hand, everything else needed is available.

Pros: Good apartment with a kitchen, equipped with the minimum necessary for cooking (there is a corkscrew!), a balcony with a great view of the trees. 15 minutes to the nearest beach and 30 minutes to Nissi beach. 10 minutes to the nearest bus stop to get to the other beaches. Mario was very friendly, helped with any problems and was always in touch. Check-in was 'contactless', with keys in the locker. The beds are comfortable enough (we found the mattresses a bit too soft), but the pillows are not very good and it's better to replace them with newer ones.

Cons: The location would be great if there wasn't a bar next to the apartment. If you have trouble sleeping, this may prevent you from falling asleep until 2am. Even with the windows closed (but the sound is much quieter) there are still some 'bits' and you always have a great opportunity to sing along with that guy from karaoke.
