Pros: Everything is nice and clean, the owner of the apartment is very friendly. We were out of season and it was very quiet and beautiful at that time of year.

Pros: I stayed here with my friends and I would really recommend, all of my experiences with renting places this has been the best so far.

Great accommodation and host! Would highly recommend!
Pros: Modern property with everything you need. Close to town centre as well as to a few bus stops should you wish to explore different beaches and / or towns (e.g. Nissi Beach, Protaras, etc.). Great and regular communication with the host which made the stay even better. We were also able to leave our luggage at the property after check out, so we can make the most out of our last day at the beach before our flight late at night.
Cons: Everything was great and highly recommend staying at this property. The only thing which I would suggest people to bear in mind, and this is nothing to do with the property itself or the host, is that it is a little too close to bars, pubs, night clubs and can be noisy at night. However, this said, it is also very easy to get back home after a wild night in town :) Nevertheless, after 15,000 steps every day, beach and sea time, we slept pretty good and the music wasn't an issue for us.

Pros: Amazing location, clean place, bbq and jacuzzi makes it even better to enjoy and have fun. Great for group holidays with 4 bedroom suite. It is our go to place in Ayia Napa.

Pros: In general we are very pleased with the apartment. Internet Works perfect , kitchen equipment was satisfactory. Air conditioning Works very good .
Cons: Just some minor drawbacks: lack of clothes racks ( would be very useful). The wardrobe should be bigger , for Three people it was a little bit too small. And dont leave food unattended ( very small ants just love it )

Amazing place, amazing owner.
Pros: Myself and my son had a fantastic experience staying at this property. Everything was of a very high standard—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. What truly made the stay stand out though was the owner. They were incredibly kind, caring, and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect for our visit. Communication was effortless and prompt from start to finish, which made the whole stay smooth and stress free. We felt genuinely welcomed and well looked after. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for both quality and warm, personal hospitality! Thank you once again to the owner for being such a kind and understanding human being.

Best vacation house!!!
Pros: The booking was amazing, everything you needed was in reach and I have no other word to say than WOW. The owner Lefteris is a really nice guy who is always in reach when you needed anything. He made sure that we enjoyed our vacation as much as possible and the house had all that you needed for a weekly stay.
Cons: There was nothing that we did not like
