Pros: The apartment is a dream. I think I was lucky to find it free. The area where it is located is extremely quiet and inside you have everything you want. including coffee, water and juice. I love waking up in the morning, catching the colors of the sunrise and my first morning there awaited me with an amazing show, the sky was dressed in fascinating colors. The big bonus is that this apartment is across the street from my favorite beach, Nissi. Usually I stay on the beach a lot and only spend the mornings and evenings in the apartment, but, the days of February are a little colder and windy, and the fact that on the terrace of this apartment there are two sun loungers, protected from the wind, was exactly what was needed for the more capricious days of winter in Aya Napa. So i spent most of the day on the terrace, in the sun. My stay was absolutely fabulous! I can't wait to come back! Thank you very much.

Cons: too short stay....

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for everyday living, very comfortable. To get to the beach is about 10 minutes od walk

Cons: An information about how long to wait for hot water after the boost would be useful. We had challenges with that

Pros: The location of the property is slightly off the beaten path, which makes it quiet (a big plus for me) but still close to both Nissi Beach and other beaches. There are shops and restaurants nearby as well. The apartment is equipped with everything a solo traveler might need. There is air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is nice, and the place is clean. Parking is right next to the apartment and assigned to each unit. There are two pools - a shallow one for children and a deeper one for adults. They are well-maintained and don’t smell of chlorine, and sun loungers are available for guests. The greenery around the apartments is well-kept, with beautiful, tropical flowers 😊 Andreas - the Boss 😎 - come to visit us next day - that’s a nice touch. Oh, I almost forgot. The apartment also comes with a washing machine, which makes up for the lack of towel changes. It can be a lifesaver if you have a mischievous kid to look after!

Cons: No drawbacks - everything was perfect, hence the high rating, and I am a demanding customer.

Pros: The best value for money. The apartment is very well equipped, luminous, spacious with fresh modern design. The area is quiet but close to Nissi beach (10 min max) and shops, restaurants. We have especially appreciated functional kitchen with everything needed, washing machine, terrace with chase longues and private entry. Had no problem with water pressure.

Cons: It is a rare case when we liked everything..

Everything you need for a long stay

Pros: Great, spacious, bright and comfortable apartment with everything you need for longer stays. We stayed here for 10 nights in winter and cooked dinner in most nights, and the kitchen had everything we needed for simple meals. Great to have a washing machine and drying rack with the apartment (could do with some more pegs for windy days though!) Super convenient parking space right outside the entrance. Enjoyed the cute local kitty cats who'd visit our deck in the mornings. Our host Andreas was super responsive and helpful with any questions or minor issues that came up. This was a great value stay in the low season 👍

Cons: Having to press a button to get hot water in winter was a bit of a pain, had to run water for quite a while before it heated up which felt wasteful - was fine once warm though. The electric cooktop was complicated to operate and didn't have any instructions but Andreas came over to help us figure out the trick to it! It would have been great to have screen doors so we could keep the deck doors open without sneaky kitty cats trying to come into the apartment 😹 These were only niggling things though and overall it's a great apartment and I'd happily stay here again

Pros: Only the best recommendations. Owner was very friendly and helpful. The apartments were clean and comfortable. The place, location really amazing. We stayed for a month with a child. once again, huge huge thanks for everything, the time was perfect!! We highly appreciate all support we got during our stay 🙏

Lovely apartment

Pros: Very well equipped property with large living area/kitchen and separate bedroom. Nice terrace overlooking the pool. Private undercover parking space at rear of property. Good location with Nissi Beach only 10 minutes walk away. Restaurants and smaller supermarkets within 5 minutes although only a few open as low season. Bigger supermarkets 15 minute drive away in Paralimni. The apartment is in a quiet area towards the back of the resort.

Cons: Shower water pressure was adequate, but not great.

Cons: Duża wilgoć w łazience i apartamencie, być może ze względu na pobyt w chłodniejszym okresie roku, w lutym.

Pros: Wyposażenie apartamentu idealne. Gospodarz bardzo pomocny, chętnie udostępnił nam dodatkowe sprzęty które potrzebowaliśmy. Bardzo czysto. Komfortowo. Spokojne miejsce. Na duży plus prywatne miejsce parkingowe, blisko do plaży. No i przejściówki konkretne sztuk 3 na 2 osoby zameldowane a nie tylko takie plastikowe blokady.
