SerenityOne - Centrally located One Bedroom Apt

Pros: Stay with husband and daughter – overall very good experience. Great contact with the owner – quick responses and very helpful. Excellent location. Comfortable apartment.

Pros: We used the apartment as a base to explore the Island in the quite season, the apartment was in great location close to everything, there was enough restaurants open for us to enjoy and a good few days to enjoy the beaches and swim , apartment was well equipped and a great price. Good communication with host. Many thanks.

Cons: None

Great choice

Pros: Great apartment for family with children. Location great, near to beach need 7 minutes for walk. Near kinds restaurants, supermarkets and souvenir shops. Apartment was cleaned and all kind equipments you need for your resting. The price is also acceptable. 🇬🇪

Great host and location

Pros: The apartment was in the perfect location, plenty of parking for our vehicle. Communication from the host was excellent and detailed so we found the place without using a satnav. The host provided everything we needed, including a bottle of white wine, however...there wasn't a wine opener to pop the cork lol

Cons: Only a couple of things, this is not a negative, just would have been nice to have curtains in the Living room, because friends that were sleeping in there had no privacy and were awoken early morning with the sun. There was no clothes line or clothes dryer to hang washed clothing to dry.

Great apartment with all you need!

Pros: Great apartment, superb value for money, well located in the center, with a parking just outside. Great contact with the host, comfortable bed, all amenities that you need. Nice balcony with a lot of sun.

Cons: Of course these are really minor issues: - the bathroom was a bit dark - the light bulbs could have had warmer light (they are really white) - missing oven glove - we had to buy hand soap ourselves - would be nice to have more spare toilet papers, paper towels and garbage bags

Great situation! Kiitos

Pros: Situation is excellent. Everything is near. The apartment was clean anb the bed was very comfotable. I slept very well. I Iiked my stay.2

Cons: The apartnent was little bit moist. The balcon was guite big but the view hasn't been the best

Great location and great accommodation

Pros: Everything was great. The apartment is clean and well equipped, it has everything you need. The accommodation is in the center near the restaurant and near the city beach. The host is kind and helpful.

Cons: Noise from the nearby karaoke restaurant, which can be heard after midnight. But that's how it is when you're in the city center.

We had a good week in Ayie Napa and we had a lovely stay at Serenity One. A well equipped apartment with everything what

Pros: Very good condition and well equipped . In good location.

Cons: It’s not like we didn’t like something. Just like a suggestion to provide with more towels and a bedding for who ever stays at least for a week.

Pros: Everything was beautiful! And as described. Nice location, new apartment, exelent host! We hope to come again!

Pros: The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and in a central location. Parking was conveniently available on the side. The apartment also had shower gel and other essentials. Ioannis, the host, was very friendly and responded quickly when exchanging messages. They welcomed us with a bottle of wine and water. We highly recommend this place.
