Great stay for our vacation.
Pros: It's exactly as in the photos. Everything is new and modern and well thought. The location is great if you want to be in the city centre and close to everything. It was great that we could check in earlier than planned. We met the host at departure, he was nice and thoughtful. A big plus for the cats from the area. They were lovely to have around outside.
Cons: Only thing that comes to mind is maybe would have been great to be able to leave a window open at night. Since fresh air is always better than AC (in Oct nights are okay).

Cosy and modern apartment
Pros: We have spent ten wonderful days in the apartment. It cosy and fully equipped, the owner thought about every detail. In the there were plenty tasty things for breakfast. We had breakfast and dinner on the small terrace. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area close to the downtown an beach.

Fabulous stay in Aya Napa
Pros: The accommodation is very well located, close to the center, yet quiet. Completely new, excellently equipped. It's like going home and you can find every little thing. They think of everything you could need. They prepare breakfast in the fridge, coffee capsules, tea, but there is olive, salt, sugar, pepper... The bed and pillows are very comfortable, the bedding is soft, pleasant and the towels are fantastic. They fulfilled all our requests. Very kind, attentive host. We had a fantastic time at the accommodation. Krisztina and Attila From Hungary!

Pros: Everything was excellent😍😍 The staff were very helpful and friendly. The place was very clean, the location was great and close to everything, and the hosts were kind and easy to communicate with. Everything you might need is available in the room. We also asked for a small setup for our anniversary, and they prepared it beautifully! A special thanks to Mr. Lambros for his kindness and great hospitality. Highly recommended!

Pros: Excellent location, within walking distance of the center of Ayia Napa. The check in was easy and the host was very polite and helpful. The accommodation was very good, fully equiped with everything you might need. It was very clean and it had some options for breakfast and coffee. Would 100% recomend.

Perfect place for your amazing vacation in Agia Napa ❤️
Pros: Wonderful place! Very well located and close to the city. The host was extremely helpful and friendly – he welcomed us, helped with our luggage, recommended where to go, and even sent us locations of great restaurants with live music. He also provided useful information about city transport and additional activities in the area. The room was spotlessly clean and well organized. Breakfast was also excellent. We are very grateful for the warm and heartfelt hospitality and would be delighted to stay here again!

Breve ma piacevole permanenza
Pros: La posizione è centrale, ma non nel cuore caotico del paese. L’appartamento è perfetto per brevi permanenze ed è fornito di tutto, lavatrice, asciugacapelli, ottimi asciugamani ed il parcheggio è di fronte alla struttura

Pros: Wir waren 10 Tage hier und rundum zufrieden – es hat uns an absolut nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Sogar der Kühlschrank war für den ersten Start gefüllt: Brot, Milch, Eier, Marmelade und eine Flasche Wasser – eine wirklich herzliche Geste! Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Check-in und Check-out verliefen völlig reibungslos. Die Lage ist perfekt, besser geht’s kaum. Wenn wir wieder in die Gegend kommen, dann definitiv hier!
