Nissi Golden Sands Privileges Apt

Not sure if I can recommend

Pros: Spacious apartment with a very nice view. It was quiet (December 2025).

Cons: The apartment was acceptable overall, but everything felt very old and outdated. The air conditioning was noisy and inefficient. The TV was very small, and due to its age, the picture quality was poor. The furniture was dated, and the entrance door needed to be locked in order to stay properly shut. While the flat was usable, it would benefit greatly from modernization and maintenance.

Pros: The apartment was well equipped also for children, we got new baby cot for our child. It was well equipped to cook meals for family. We were there with our three children. The location is very close to the Nissi beach. Location is perfect, quiet. only appartment houses around. The local pool close to the appartment was also very positive.

good experience and safety

Pros: terrace and the sea view, rooms are comfortable and clean

Cons: at this bathroom there is not enough water to shower

Nice apartment for short-term stays
