Pros: Had a very pleasant stay at the property. Nice staff, relatively good location within a 7 minutes walk from the main avenue.

Cons: Charging extra for things (safety deposit box, air-conditioning...) that should be already included in the room rate and stated as such in the booking.

Clean room + very good location!

Pros: Clean room and nice location! Friendly staff as well. All the necessary items were included. You can find everything you need nearby (supermarket etc.). Very near of Ayia Napa centre but quiet enough during night.

Cons: We personally didn't need them for our stay, but the room could have some more kitchen tools (like frying pans, cups etc.).

Pros: Was a really good hotel with super friendly and helpful stuff and a good location - close to cafes/bars. The swimming pool was clean & the room was cleaned daily. Healty & nourishing breakfast.

Cons: Nothing at all. I'd recommend Petronasa Hotel Apts to anyone visiting Agia Napa.

Pros: LOVELY HOTEL, STAFF REALLY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMODATING. ROOMS WERE SPACIOUS, BEDS WERE BASIC BUT I WAS MORE THAN HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING. LOCATION WAS GREAT

Cons: BEDS COULD BE A LITTLE MORE COMFORTABLE
