EvelMar Villa

Pros: I stayed at a beautiful villa in Protaras and everything was absolutely excellent. The place was spotless and comfortable. In the middle of the day, the oven stopped working, but I contacted the host and within just 30 minutes they replaced it! The host was incredibly polite, responsive, and professional. Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had — highly recommended!

Pros: Nicely Furnished house with great facilities (TV, Pool, Barbecue). Amazing host who is available all the time if anything is needed. Would definitely consider coming back!!! -Just to give example of how responsive host was: in the middle of our stay the dishwasher broke down (I think it was around 10-11PM). Reached out to Maria, who had a completely new dishwasher installed the next morning. Can't get anything fixed faster that that.. Amazing!

Pros: Great modern Villa with tonnes of applicenecs and everything you need for your stay. Fantastic garden and pool. The host Maria was very helpful in making sure we was having a good time and helped out with info on the local area and the best places to go

Cons: Only negative is that its located close to a main road so in the busy months with all the buggys and Quads it can get quite loud.

Fantastic facility

Pros: This villa is very clean, with modern facilities. It is within 12 min walk from the Marina, but we were also able to catch a bus to Protaras 'high street' from out of the house stage. swimming pool was awesome for a dip every morning.

Cons: nothing, just GORGEOUS.

Amazing and stylish property

Pros: The house was absolutely stunning. Very modern, stylish and fully furnished. The location was excellent and close to pubs and restaurants. The bus stop was also conveniently just outside. The host Maria, was amazing. Very tentative and checked in on us each day via WhatsApp. She gave recommendations and delivered a high level of customer service, which is quite unusual in Cyprus. I highly recommend and will definitely be back

Cons: I didn't like the fact that I had to check out as it was an amazing stay.

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay at this villa! The house is beautifully renovated, very cozy, and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen is fully equipped — it has everything you could possibly need, down to the smallest details. The pool was spotless and crystal clear, and the entire outdoor area was clean and well-maintained. A special thanks to the host — she was incredibly responsive, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Thank you for such a warm welcome — we would definitely love to come back!
