Green Bay Villa #13

A great, relaxing stay in a well-maintained villa that’s perfect for fun, laughs and relaxation!

Pros: The villa was in good condition, and really clean too. The pool area is a good size and there are a few different beaches each within walking distance from the villa, too. It’s not too far to walk to a supermarket and a delicious little bakery.

Cons: For the price paid it’s unfair to complain about anything so this really is just nitpicking. If the walk to the beaches was a few minutes less that would have been appreciated on the hotter days, but with four or five nice beaches and a water sports centre all within 15 minutes walking distance, it’s still in a great spot.

Pros: First time in a villa & everyone thought it was more relaxed than being in a hotel or apartment..everything was to hand.villas all the way for us now fantastic experience 😀 👍🏻

Cons: Nothing to dislike from us.

A gem of a place

Pros: The villa was spacious with all ensuites to suite 3 couples. The main bus route is a 30 second walk away and buses are regular for both protaras and napa. The pool was big enough for 6 adults to have fun. Beds were firm and comfortable with AC throughout.

Cons: Some tiles round the pool were broken which we reported on the first day as they were dangerous. Also a midweek bed & towel change would have been appreciated.

Excellent family stay. Would 100% recommend and would stay again

Pros: Spacious and clean. Well equipped. Bathroom in every bedroom, plenty of wardrobe space. Modern. Beautiful pool area and roof top terrace. Fantastic would recommend.

Cons: Could have done with essentials such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, salt pepper etc. however not an issue as shop at the end of the street. Not enough coat hangers

Fantastic 10 night stay in a gorgeous villa with all you need next time I would hire a car it’s about 35 minute walk ( f

Pros: The property had everything you need to have an enjoyable holiday spacious rooms with great air conditioning also the pool was ideal with plenty of sun loungers all around and plenty of lighting all around the outside to make sitting out at night perfect !

Cons: There’s nothing about the property we didn’t like

Perfect holiday

Pros: I was sceptical when I booked, but the communication from the start from La Mer villas was exceptional. The villa is stunning and has everything you could possibly need. 3 bedrooms all with ensuites, and a downstairs shower room. The pool is amazing. Couldn't fault anything and will definitely be booking again! Great location, 1.5miles from the main strip and plenty of beaches to choose from!

Cons: Nothing to mention, everything was perfect.

Pros: Close to protaras main strip, beautiful property. Staff were very good.

Pros: Having the pool to ourselves and so close to our seating area. When you contact the staff they respond very quickly Certainly the best villa we have stayed in

A fantastic family holiday in a perfect spot!

Pros: Very good location near lovely beaches and convenient shops and cafes. Lovely pool. Good space for a family of 5. Responsive staff quick to reply via email.

Cons: It would have been nice to have had a few more staples provided - charcoal / beach towels / dishwasher tablets / salt and pepper. And we needed to buy some more loo roll!
