Pros: We didnt expect that it will look exactly as in the photos and description. During our staying we had everything what we needed. The host also provided extra things we requested.

Cons: The whole property is very clean but we saw some ants running in the kitchen from the main door. That could be fixed

Inside, the downstairs open-plan kitchen and living space makes for easy gathering and meal prep, while upstairs you’ll find three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom for maximum privacy and convenience. The owner is friendly and highly responsive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay from start to finish. Highly recommended for families seeking comfort, space, and a convenient base for exploring the area. Highly recommended nearby beach, Fig Tree Bay, is just a 5-minute drive, offering an ideal beach day with easy access to sun, sea, and amenities.

Pros: Very luxurious villa with most important facilities provided.

Cons: Pool had pieces of tissue when we entered the villa which stayed in the pool for most of our stay

Pros: The location is ideal. The house was very clean when we checked in. There is a large backyard with plenty of space around the pool. Inside there is a spacious kitchen/living room area downstairs and upstairs you can find 3 bedrooms that everyone has its own bathroom. The owner was very friendly and helpful whenever we needed help.

Pros: The property was an excellent choice for a family, the facilities were very good. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The pool is wonderful!

Beautiful Villa, in a great location.

Pros: Location was brilliant, close enough to walk (10-15mins) to Pernera strip for nice restaurants, beach, etc... Not too far from Protaras (we did cabs for 7 people @ 15 Euros), for a bit more selection of bars, restaurants and beach options. The villa was brilliant, the pool was great, BBQ was great, rooms were all great, kitchen was good, and much needed air con was great. We had a WhatsApp group setup by the host to ask questions and advise of any issues, which was absolutely perfect, they responded so quickly, were helpful and fixed any issues almost immediately. Can't sing their praises enough! Overall, great holiday and would recommend to any family's looking to stay.

Cons: Slightly bigger kitchen and fridge, but that's only because we cooked loads and had 3 kids with us... It's more than sufficient in general. Also, if you're not too experienced with a BBQ, it's worth noting that it is a kebab style one, and doesn't have a grill.
