By The Beach - Royal Sapphire Villa

Lovely villa, great location, but few points to note

Pros: Ideal location for a base for exploring Protaras and the surrounding area, the villa was large and had everything you could need for a stay, large outdoor area and pool was a great size, (1.4m all way around , no shallow end) it was immaculately clean on arrival, within walking distance to beautiful coves and supermarket/ small selection of restaurants, all LaMer staff were very friendly and great service.

Cons: The area is more for young couples/ groups, while it is in a residential area, there were young groups, young people quite rightly want to enjoy themselves but if you are a family with young children you may need to consider this. I would recommend a car to get around, however taxis are cheap and plentiful! We didn’t have any cleaning service and we had to buy our own mop etc as we were there for 3 weeks, not a game changer but just found given the cost of the villa a weekly clean should have been included, the villa is beautiful but the blinds could do with a change in the living area and some outdoor metal furniture that was rusted (that wasn’t even required) could be taken away to clean up the outside, but again these are minor things! Personally we wouldn’t stay again, purely because it is more of a base for younger people, we like peace and quiet, but nothing to do with the villa itself or the service from staff.

Perfect villa, perfect location.

Pros: We were greeted by water, juices, cheese, ham, teas and coffees, to name but a few, the villa was perfect and had absolutely everything you would need for a stay.

Excellent modern villas

Pros: The management company were excellent especially Margarita. The apartment was very clean, modern and reasonably priced just a short walk from the beach. Good location just a short taxi journey away from Protaras.

Es war ein entspannter Urlaub in einer schönen Unterkunft.

Pros: Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung. Sie ist sehr groß, für eine Familie oder zwei Pärchen sehr gut geeignet. Die Lage ist sehr gut, in Strandnähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind Flussläufen zu erreichen.

Cons: Zum Teil waren noch Klebereste vom Bau zu sehen. Die Badezimmer hatten keine Steckdosen, außerdem wären Adapter für die Steckdosen von Vorteil.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Pros: Gute Lage, nahe zum Strand, am Strandzwei Beachbars
