Chloe Luxury Villas

A great week

Pros: My family and I have just got back from a wonderful week away at Chloe Luxury Villa. The Villa was so spacious exactly like the photos, clean and comfortable. The pool was a great size and we had the best time. The lady came in the morning to check all was OK and couldn't have been more helpful. Would love to come back one day thank you xxx

Absolutely stunning villa, perfect for our stay with family and friends. Well looked after and fantastic location.

Pros: Brilliant communication, very clean, just like the pictures and great location

Cons: There was no kitchen towel to dry washing up.

Perfect for laid back family get away.

Pros: The villa is beautiful. Location was perfect as away from bars etc, on a main road but not at all noisy. Good space for a family of 12 from toddler to pensioner. The pool area is great, gardens are well maintained, and roof terrace was lovely on afternoon once you loose the sun around the pool.

Cons: There are some slight signs of wear and needs a bit a refresh but nothing drastic. (Sofa in lounge is tired and some of the fittings are worn). The kitchen could be better stocked and would be helpful if some cleaning products left in order to keep on top of cleaning throughout the week.

A wonderful stay

Pros: We were 5 families with small children and we had a fantastic stay. The villa is very spacious, offering plenty of room for everybody to relax. Outside, we enjoyed the beautiful pool, the large terrace with the barbecue area and the delightful scent of blooming citrus trees. The provided amenities made our vacation more enjoyable, creating a perfect setting for both adults and kids. Highly recommended!

Cons: More attention în cleaning would be appreciated and beneficial. A thorough cleaning in hidden spots would make the space feel even fresher. Despite these small details, we had a fantastic time and we would love to return!

Fantastic chilled and relaxing holiday

Pros: The location was superb. Had a fantastic view of the sea .

Cons: There was nothing to dislike

Fabulous large Villa, clean with plenty of amenities available. Ideal for families and groups.

Pros: Clean, spacious, loved the pool table, table tennis and table football, out door TV, roof top terrace. Pool.

Cons: On the main road into Protoras so sometimes a bit treacherous driving out. The sun is blocked from the pool from 3:30.

Chloe Villa 606 Protaras .

Pros: The villa was lovely. Very private area. Pool was cleaned often whilst we were there. Imagine villas were very attentive. Their rep came when we first arrived and sorted a couple of minor things straight away and also was excellent.. They were available to call at any time day or night. The recommended taxi driver was amazing and cheaper than other taxis. Owners father next door was very welcoming, and said we could take as much fruit of his trees as we wanted. The grounds were superb and very large. View was excellent, where you could watch all activities on the sea (boats and sports). Air conditioning was excellent throughout the villa. Storage and utensils were more than adequate . Overall, the villa was great,and imagine villas provided excellent customer service.Games for children and adults were available along with books.

Cons: I only have a few negatives, which I am sorry to have to point out. I know you have to accept ants in hot countries, but at the side of the dishwasher, it was not cleaned thoroughly and did attract them . No hoover to try and clean bits up , again to stop them. However, a small dust pan was available.. a little tired in places when advertised as a luxury villa. For example, the back door did not open , the door on the balcony would not lock, marks on walls and blinds, the bottom of the door in bathroom rotting and locks on doors to bedrooms had no keys for privacy. And no hoover. A couple of sun loungers were ripped and marked on the back.Like I say, these were only minor things that did not affect us enjoying the villa. These are all minor things that can be quickly sorted out. The villa was hard to find at night when we first arrived as we got a taxi from the airport and he couldnt find it as the villa is set back from the road up a gritty uneven path, the only sign was on a green bin with pink ribbons on , with a faded villa number on it. This is where you have to take your rubbish daily too. You also need a car as it is too far to walk to Protaras, Penera, Kapparis, and Aiya Napa . Bus services are regular, though. But as you are on a hill you would have to walk up or diwn it , to catch the bus.As we always stay in 5 star hotels, maybe I'm being too critical , which I didn't really want to write any negatives .

Amazing villa 😍

Pros: It was clean, spacious and just amazing 😍 we had such an amazing time here in the villa, the pool was large, the villa it's self was big the pictures don't do it justice! It was up the road from a couple of supermarkets, restaurants and a lovely bakery/cafe. There is a busstop either side of the road outside the villa It's about 20 mins walk to the beach ⛱️ overall a fantastic villa and we would definitely come back again sometime ❤️

This villa is amazing for the price! What a fab holiday… will definitely return at some point.

Pros: Spacious, great private location, had all the amenities we needed and the staff were so helpful and friendly.

Cons: Nothing! It was perfect.

Wonderful location ..met the owners of the property who let us pick fruit from their other plot. Dimitrina is an amazing

Pros: The view/ location is second to none and size of the rooms we stayed in the 4 bed villa

Cons: Dated and worn outdoor furniture. Fridge that cannot accommodate the temperatures as an aged model. We had to get an ice box
