A fantastic location!
Pros: The villa is superb - great facilities and worked perfectly for us. Some minor decoration could use attention but nothing functional - everything was perfect in that regard. The villa location was also superb - we stayed at the north side of the Protaras strip last year and enjoyed that, but having now done the south side would return to the south side in future - quite possibly this same villa as everything was literally a 5 minute walk away. We love Cyprus and Protaras and will be back at some point.
Cons: Only complaint is that no cleaning took place at the villa during our 2 week stay. We think it would have been nice had cleaners come in at the halfway point to clean the floors and replace dirty linen, etc. 2 weeks is a long time without linen replacement.

Perfect location!!
Pros: Fantastic location, short walk to amazing beaches and town centre. Lovely big pool and 4 spacious bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped with all the utensils for basic cooking. Property was clean and air conditioning was much appreciated!! Host, Stephanie from rentprivatevillas was fantastic, we will definitely be back!
Cons: Nothing!! It’s a great villa.

Lovely comfortable spacious villa
Pros: Large patio and pool. Rooms well furnished with good quality furniture. Excellent bathrooms. Very well equipped kitchen, used the washer and dishwasher a lot. BBQ also used twice during our stay and worked well. Close to a decent shop and restaurant. Sea views from the bedrooms, and a lovely large awning outside the lounge area giving a shaded area to eat etc.
Cons: More shelving space in the bathrooms and a shower caddy would have been useful but these are only minor points.

Big villa in superb location
Pros: Much better than I had expected. Location was amazing, nice and peaceful with amazing views over the cove but also very close walking distance to the main strip and also an amazing restaurant even nearer by. Villa as a whole was great, the pool was very big.
Cons: There was a smell of stagnant water coming from the laundry room on a few occasions but nothing too horrendous.

Location was perfect, close enough to Protaras with the privacy of your own villa.
Pros: Kitchen had all the equipment you needed if you wanted to self cater and villa close enough to town if you wanted to go out and have a meal/drinks. The bay was less busy than the Fig Tree Bay beach and a 2 minute walk. Stairs going straight into the sea ( no beach) but great for snorkelling we even saw a couple of turtles. We were a family of 6 with teenagers and the location was perfect to give them the freedom to explore. The terrace was also an added bonus. Would highly recommend and Stephanie was very accommodating.

Wonderful definitely be back
Pros: Location was great, fig tree beach on the doorstep literally. Main strip around 10 mins walk from the Villa, huge villa with plenty of room, pool great size for the family.
Cons: Some of the surrounding buildings within the street are slightly run down but look as though construction works may be starting, so hopefully it brightens up the front of the street.

Angenehmer Ort mit einigem Verbesserungspotential in Sachen Gastfreundschaft
Pros: Wunderbare Lage mit Gartenausgang zur Meerufer Promenade. Sehr schöner Blick, Ruhe, grosszügige Villa mit viel Raum für alle.
Cons: Es hatte etwas sparsames, wenig gastfreundliches. Der Esstisch ist nur für 4 Personen konzipiert, zu sechst mit den Kindern ging es irgendwie. Für die Küche haben wir ein paar Werkzeuge zugekauft. Alles etwas knapp: kein Wasser, eine Rolle Klopapier pro Bad, kein Willkommensgruss, und der Kontakt hat sich auch aufs Minumum beschränkt. Etwas mehr Wärme und Freundlichkeit wäre für dieses eigentlich schöne Haus ein Gewinn.
